“We had plantation shutters from Budget Blinds installed on the largest window in our home in Sept 2020. We had such a positive experience and loved the shutters so much, we decided to put them throughout the main floor. Michelle was our Design Consultant both times and was fabulous! Her design eye is impeccable, her measurements precise and her expertise invaluable. We had an issue with installation this time around but Budget Blinds was on it! They stood behind their product & their work and within a week, problem solved. Billy, our original installer, didn't do the install this time. He did, however, fix our issue. HE. IS. AMAZING. He is a perfectionist who treats your home as if were his own. (Note to Budget Blinds: Don't let Billy get away. EVER. Seriously.) Long story short, we are thrilled with our plantation shutters. We are thrilled with Michelle, Billy and the rest of the Budget Blinds team. We have two bedrooms upstairs that still need window treatments and we will trust Budget Blinds to make them look just as amazing!”
