She spent time to get to know our needs, she was honest and recommended the perfect high quality product that fit our wants and budget. Our order came in quicker then what we were expecting, once they arrived a very friendly staff member called and was able to book us for install, with an exact time and within the week. The two gentlemen who came to install were right on time (actually about 10 minutes early!), they were pleasant, clean and very efficient. It only took them 30 minutes to install 12 blinds!
