He willingly worked with my local blind installer and kept in constant contact by phone and email to be certain measurements, etc were all correct. He even sent me fabric samples and gave me great advice on my selection. We are extremely pleased with the service, quality of the product and professionalism we received from this company and David Hill in particular!”

“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”
