“A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”

“Had a rep from Budget Blinds come out to give us an estimate on cellular shades for 5 large windows in front of house. The gentleman could not have been nicer and was (this is important) on time! Very professional, quick and polite and gave us an estimate that was slightly lower than an estimate we had received from another company. Blinds were ready faster than expected and installer came out and had them in in a matter of 2 hours. They are perfect and I would definitely recommend.”

She made sure that what we got is what we wanted. Later, we had a minor issue with blinds, she came to address it. During the process she maintained good communication. “I have always shied away from window coverings because I felt they would make a room feel closed in but I contacted Dian to see if she had any ideas. She spent hours with me, sketching out possible ways to frame my windows. She did three rooms and an entryway - all different designs. I felt she really took the time to understand my preferences and was so helpful. The final product is perfect and I was impressed by the quality of everything - this is not "off the shelves" kind of products - totally customized and I am thrilled with the results. Cory walk the house with me and pointed out what options would work best for each room. Phase 1 (12/2009) - privacy needs, I decided on cellular shades with the top down bottom up feature. Light filtering for the living room and blackout for the bedrooms. Phase 2 (1/2010) - Blackout lined Linen drapery on wrought iron hardware for the master bedroom and woven grass shades for the bathrooms and kitchen. Phase 3 (12/2010) - Faux silk drapery panels on wrought iron hardware and textured sheers for the formal dining room and living room Phase 4 (2/2012) - Blackout lined Linen drapery panels on wrought iron for the 2 guest rooms and (man cave) Media room.
