“We had the pleasure of working with Carey, KT, and the team at Nashville Shade and Shutter. When we moved to Nashville I was completely overwhelmed with moving into a new area, and new home. We stopped by the showroom and I was not prepared to make a decision at that time. However, Carey was so nice and patient, and told me to stay in touch when I was ready to proceed. Carey would check in with me every two weeks or so and brought me samples to my house so I could figure out what I wanted to choose. Eventually, I had an good idea and Carey came to my house. The fabric and Shutters came in quicker than expected. The install was effortless and so efficient. John Freund the installer was fantastic and so friendly. He was so careful and neat with the installation. What struck me the most about Carey and KT is that they are so passionate about their business that they are involved in every component of the process so you know you are getting the experts every step of the way.
