I had a very large and complicated job (12 window openings with 18 actual windows) that had varying depths, meaning I couldn't use every kind of window treatment on the windows that didn't have enough depth. Lisa helped me figure out the requirements and then sent me samples, multiple times, until I ended up with blinds that would not only look right in their settings but that would also be installable. In the course of figuring this all out, we must have exchanged several dozen emails, and she never let anything fall through the cracks.”
