“Over the past four years (and still ongoing in 2013) I have hired this company to create both window treatments and bed coverings for various rooms in my home. I found Mila to be not only very pleasant but exacting and professional in her work. Every project was done to perfection. She has vast knowledge on various types of window treatments and styles of bedcovers and bedskirts, from simple valences to pleated shades. Every piece was cut with utmost care, centering the pattern and matching the sides. Covered buttons were made on beautifully contrasting fabrics. She is careful not to waste fabric and can supply the lining and interlining if needed. Her husband does the installation and is very neat, clean and considerate and exacting as well. Your finished window treatments will be hung carefully and level and exactly where you want them. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I enjoy my window treatments made by Mila everyday!”

“Ross Howard Designs offers great selection in a conveniently located showroom in north Dallas. Service and quick turnaround plus excellent follow up and service after the sale. We purchased Hunter Douglas products from Ross Howard Designs. We had a small glitch with one of the controls on one of the shades but they sent someone out promptly to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!”

“I hired Toni Duncan of "A Finer Stitch" to work with me on selecting window treatments for my new home. She was very patient with me as I was not familiar with all the newest products on the market and was somewhat overwhelmed with my options. I knew I wanted plantation shutters for the office but didn't know about the material and slat widths - Toni helped me to visualize what width was best and explained the pros and cons of the different options of what the shutters could be made of. In my bedrooms, I only wanted to put up some shades as I wasn't ready to make decisions on draperies. She explained several options and I decided to go with horizontal, room darkening shades. They are a beautiful, soft treatment that look great on their own but I can easily add a drapery later on. Toni stayed at the house while the installation was done. This was impressive as she could answer any questions he had. I realized how invaluable this was as I was having some built-ins done at the same time. There was terrible communication between the designer and installer and therefore there were issues which caused considerable delays. I have already hired "A Finer Stitch" to do some upholstery for me and if I decide on custom draperies, I will call Toni again!”
