Kimber is THE MOST INCREDIBLE, TALENTED, EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, DETAILED, CARING, HARDWORKING in-home designer I have ever met!! It is so rare to come across a designer who embodies even some of these traits, but Kimber embodies them all! She even has a great sense of humor, which made me feel instantly comfortable and happy having her in my home. What really stood out to me is how much Kimber cares about her clients. From the very first meeting we had, I felt I could trust her thoughts and recommendations. Not only does she know everything about fabrics, colors, styles to the utmost detail, she also has a very unique talent of being able to understand her clients and their tastes as well as their needs. Although I am a very indecisive person when it comes to interior decorating and went back and forth on multiple fabric options for several months, Kimber remained extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. She came back to our house multiple times (even on super rainy and cold days!) until we decided on the final fabric selection, and she always remained positive and never pushy. I always looked forward to meeting her each time as she was always a joy to speak with and super insightful (and never pushy). And when I said she is hardworking, I really meant it. She answers the phone night and day, weekdays and weekends. Responds to texts and emails immediately. She really is an example of someone who makes her customers #1 priority.
