In our master bedroom, she recommended wall to wall curtains for our bifold doors and a fabric roman shade for a side window. Although I am a very indecisive person when it comes to interior decorating and went back and forth on multiple fabric options for several months, Kimber remained extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. She came back to our house multiple times (even on super rainy and cold days!) until we decided on the final fabric selection, and she always remained positive and never pushy. I always looked forward to meeting her each time as she was always a joy to speak with and super insightful (and never pushy). And when I said she is hardworking, I really meant it. She answers the phone night and day, weekdays and weekends. Responds to texts and emails immediately. She really is an example of someone who makes her customers #1 priority. When it came to placing our order, Kimber pushed to get us the best pricing to keep it within our budget. After the purchase, she continued to stay in touch on the order progress - placement, shipping, arrival, installation, completion.
