From the minute I entered the door of their business, to the end result of custom window treatment installation, I felt like I was their most important customer. I had somewhat of an idea, what I was looking for, but Mary really brought out the best in guidance of choice. Mary has a great eye to detail, and easily recommended what would work in my home. As well as explaining how/why a look would/would not work. Mary helped me find exactly the right choice for my living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and two baths. I have had so many compliments, and positive responses from friends and family, as they've seen the transformation from drab to "wow!' Rod used his skill in installation of valance treatments so effortlessly, and even adjusted an existing pleated shade, I already had on a window! No high pressure, no sway one way or the other but very insightful when working with colors & tints. My only "wish I could have" regret is that I should have sprung for the motorized accessory. “I love our Weather Queen Shades! Ever since the day they were installed in early June we haven't missed a night sleeping in our porch (and it's now October in Minnesota!).
