I’ll preface this review by stating that this was a difficult project complicated by many setbacks. In the end alpen went out of their way and shipped replacement glass 7 times. Doug (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Tyler went out of their way to make things right. Alpen sent 3 installers all the way to Missouri to replace the faulty glass. Greg and his team even fixed all the door latches without being asked

I bought windows and patio doors from Alpen. I even wIent to the factory and met Craig who's the CEO. Unfortunately, the windows and doors I got are leaking water from the frame. They're poorly made & they haven't gotten back to me on how to fix them. I'm very disappointed & don't recommend buying from them.

We have had the good fortune to work on a few installations with Alpen HPP fiberglass windows, installed with ThermalBuck, our insulating window buck. These are the most highly-engineered windows we've ever worked with. Each individual window is designed to maximize it's performance based on the climate and sun-exposure of it's exact placement on the home. The color offerings are beautiful, and make a major impact on the overall design of the home. Their team is completely committed to support the customer throughout the entire process, and throughout the lifetime warranty. We would recommend Alpen windows to anyone looking for the highest performance windows on the market - truly worth the investment.

When I first purchased my Alpen windows, I have to admit there was a part of me that wasn’t completely sold on the idea that the windows would make my home that much more comfortable. Boy was I wrong. Since we installed our windows, we’ve seen a dramatic shift in the overall comfort level of home due to more consistent interior temperatures across all seasons, and we’ve seen the savings on our monthly utility bill as well. As for the sales process, the team at Alpen was incredibly knowledgeable, and patiently walked us through the technical aspects of high performance windows. They helped us immensely by explaining in layman’s terms what makes the windows perform as well as they do, and there was never any feeling of pressure to buy like some other window companies put on you. I highly recommend Alpen to those buyers who are interested in a more comfortable home, their product truly performs as advertised, and their people are very pleasant to work with.

We just had Alpen Windows installed in our entire home. They are incredible. I cannot believe how quiet it is now....our entire family has commented on the amount of outside noise that we used to hear...it is now completely gone. We are just beginning the summer season and have also felt the difference in how cool the house seems to stay even in the heat of the day. We are looking forward to seeing how the new windows affect our electricity bill. They are gorgeous windows. We chose to do black on the outside and white on the inside and we are completely in love. We will tell EVERYONE that we know to make sure that they use Alpen windows as they are FAR superior to anything else!

Alpen provides outstanding performance / value. Alpen's windows make a significant difference to the building envelope - and comfort for the occupants. While you can save energy (operating costs) by using Alpen's windows and doors, the comfort afforded is the reason to purchase them. Note also the sound ratings are also exceptional. If you live in a noisy area (traffic, airport, train tracks, etc), Alpen windows will significantly reduce the noise levels inside the building. And finally, the fiberglass frames are exceptional for longevity/durability and low maintenance.
