I just had 4 Alside replacement windows installed by American Window & Siding and am very pleased with the installers' professionalism and work ethic. I live in a condominium complex and have to abide by condo regulations that require windows to have a white exterior, but I have dark pine woodwork throughout the interior of my condo and wanted the interior of the window frames to match that woodwork. Working with the owner I was able to select windows that met my requirements. The installers worked efficiently and did an excelent job of cleaning up after themselves. I will definitely consider using this company again if I need to replace any more of my windows.

I am beyond pleased with the work of this company. They did siding on my house and garage, as well as replacing the gutters on the house. The house looks like a new construction project. I have received so many compliments on the work that they did. Mike, the owner communicated with me every step of the way, and answered any questions that I had. His crew was very professional, showed up to work on time and cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves. They also finished the work in the time frame that was originally stated. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

In 2013, we hired American Windows & Siding to redo the windows for our entire house in Glastonbury. It was a big job with a lot of windows for a contempory house. We chosed to use Alside windows. The owner of American Windows & Siding, Mr. Michael Garofalo, was very detail oriented and had a great attitude to pay ttention to details and customer service. We enoyed working with him and liked his team's workmanship. Now it is 2020, the windows are still in great shape. We had a couple of minor tune-up services needed over the years, he came back to fix them without charge. Very responsible and great work ethics. We would recommend him and his company highly. We would also highly recommend Alside windows.

If we could give Mike 10 stars for the roofing job that he & his crew did for us we would!!! Our house is not only physically difficult to access but our roof is made up of many different peaks, valleys & roof offshoots making it very complicated! This was not a straight forward roofing job & from beginning to end the entire process was a painless experience for us. Mike's quote for the work was extremely reasonable, his customer service, attention to detail & workmanship are outstanding and his workers are extremely courteous, respectful & hard working. We haven't had any issues with anything that was done on our roof or the new skylight installed & truly appreciate the outstanding results that Mike & his workers were able to accomplish on such a complicated roofing project. We highly recommend hiring Mike to do any roofing job or window installation & are looking forward to working with Mike & his men again in the Spring of 2021 to put new siding on our house.

We had them replaced the windows for us a couple of years ago and we were very happy with the service so we contacted them again to have them to do the doors. The guys are great, professional, patient and working hard! Definitely will recommend to our friends.

We had new double hung windows and a bay window installed. They did a great job. The owner was here the entire time! The crew was very respectful and efficient. The sales process was great. We did not feel pressured and felt comfortable asking questions and making our product decisions.

American Windows provided excellent service and a skilled crew that got the job done quickly, professionally, and beautifully! I was most impressed with the cleanliness, as the work site was cleaned each night and meticulously at the conclusion.

We hired American Windows & Siding to do the siding on our garage and we wanted the garage to match the color of the house. The estimate Michael Garofalo provided was very reasonable and we chose his company to do the work. I am so glad we did. Michael was very professional and responsive to all my questions. His crew was polite, friendly, and very skilled. They kept the work site clean and were done in a day and a half despite the inclement weather. Thanks again Mike for having a crew that does very good work. Very happy with the way the front of the house looks now with the vertical CertainTeed siding. Glad I will never have to stain the front of the house again. American Windows & Siding performed a window replacement on my home. From the start of the project to completion the owner and the employees did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and they were completely professional on there installation. They get a 5 star rating. I would recomend them to anyone who needs Home Improvement.
