I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with my company. My name is Richard and I am the Sales Manager at Antcliff Windows. Hopefully I can shed some light on the issues at hand. When houses are originally built, the weight of the house will make everything settle from its original place. Sometimes when houses settle, windows become out of square and need to be tweeked in order to work properly. This is a natural thing in new home construction and some houses settle more than others. Since it is the environment that the window are placed in and not the windows fault that they became hard to open, we as a company would have to charge a labor fee to correct the problem. With windows and doors across all manufacturers the warranty will cover the material, not the labor. Depending on what brand of windows are in your house you should have at least a 20 year warranty on the glass. I would hate to see you spend money on glass if it is under warranty.
