Wonder why this company has so many 5 star reviews? He pays for them! That's right, as soon as you sign your contact, before any work ever begins, he will tell you, "when the job is done, leave me a 5 star Google review and I will give you a $50 Chick-Fil-A gift card". Well I didn't give the 5 star review upon completion, and I didn't receive the $50 gift card. Glad I didn't. Weed eating the other day, a rock was thrown and broke one of our windows. Don't worry, I told my wife. Bill told us his windows came with a lifetime breakage warrantee, remember? "I don't care if a baseball goes through it, or a lawnmower throws something through it, we will replace it at no cost to you." he said. So I made the call to speak with Bill. He was no longer the friendly man we met when he was selling us the windows. Today was different. Very harshly said, "there is nothing in your contract about any breakage warrantee, and I never said any such thing. Look at your contact if it will make you feel better." he said. So much for that! His word means nothing, he has zero integrity, poor business practices, and I will share the entire experience with everyone I know. Find someone else to do your windows!

Bill Haynes came to my house personally to look at all my old windows and to give me a replacement estimate. (I thought this was cool!) Bill was very professional and offered all the information I was looking for. I chose this company due to great quality as well as price. The installer made an appointment and measured and a few weeks later my windows were ready. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The installer was patient with my many questions (I watched him just because I was curious to see what was being done.) He was very professional and timely and he cut no corners to finish each window. My house is much quieter and the temperature is finally uniform in every room. Thank you so so much!!

I hired this company to replace all my windows in my house. The company rep came out to my house in the evening and was not only informative about the product but very personable to my whole family. The windows were manufactured earlier than the time given and the installer was quick and professional and left no trace of construction materials. I love the windows and the job that Bill Haynes Co did for my house.
