I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Union Ky. I needed repairs to my Plantation Shutters (have 3 large shutters across the great room window and dog chewed several louvers on each shutter). Initially spoke with Connie who was pleasant and professional. She was able to set up a date and time for Dan to come to my home. Dan came to my home and assessed the damage, took measurements and determined the "shade of white" needed to match. Kacey was the service person who replaced the louvers. Can't say enough good things about this young man's demeanor and quality of work. Was very satisfied with the end results of the repairs. Very good experience dealing with this company.

I was very disappointed in the level of customer service from this location. The sales rep came and measured our project. We told him we wanted the blinds to go all the way past the door frame. Since it was a large opening, they had the installers come to verify his measurements. Again, we noted that the blinds should clear the door frame. But when the blinds arrived, they didn't clear the door. Then we waited 3 more weeks for the new one to come in. They insisted that I had to pay extra for the difference in size, which is ridiculous. On top of that, we had another blind that they installed that was too long. My husband got into a heated argument with them that he wanted it fixed before they fixed that one. For customer service, this place stinks!

After purchasing a new home, we found we were in dire need of new window treatments. Dan immediately came out, took measurements, discussed the different options and helped with color choices. They delivered on time, as promised with an outstanding product. My house looks brand new! Dan and his professional crew did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Union Kentucky.

I needed new blinds for my kitchen! This was the best decision I could have made to use Dan and Connie Kerth of Budget Blinds! Dan came to the house, gave me lots of choices, worked it through with me! Then their installers...the best!! They did a great job!!!!!! So, if you need blinds, these are your people!
