We spent over $40K with this company. Waited eight months for windows and doors. We were never told excessive delays would be our experience, yet they knew they could not deliver in the promised time frame when they took our order. Held up our entire conStruction timetable— very costly to us. They require ALL the money upfront. Installation was a mess. Even though THEY measured the openings, when the doors were finally delivered, they did not fit. Needed a creative solution from another contractor—not them. We paid for folding windows over a kitchen bar and when installed the sweep is about an inch to inch and a half short on both sides. Bugs and dirt are constantly crawling and blowing in across the kitchen counters. When asked to fix, their response was: that is the size the rubber sweeps come in. We went withClear Max because we thought we would get superlative service. Wrong. Buyer beware. Our neighbors built a whole new house, with glass windows and doors installed in the time it took us to get the product from Clear Max. Their communications and product tracking were also a mess. We had to be the one calling and following up constantly. They would give us multiple delivery dates that never materialized.
