The end result of our garage transformation into a magnificent 466-square-foot ADU transcended our expectations. Despite the relatively small size of our original garage, the new layout is infused with elegance and functionality. The comforting atmosphere makes this new place feel like home! We hear about so many remodeling nightmares and we feel fortunate that we met a noble company that made us feel so special. The entire team at Pure Energy Builders is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They push forward and are usually ahead of the game, moving from one inspection to another. The best part was towards the finishing, where they sat down with us to choose our finishing colors, materials and design. Our place really looks amazing and its all thanks to them! To be quite honest, I hate dealing with contractors. I especially dislike the long and tiring process of meeting with multiple contractors to obtain several bids. I mean, the amount of sales-talk that you get thrown in your face during this phase is just insane. That’s exactly why when I met the planner who came to our home from Los Angeles ADU (Go-ADU), I felt an immediate sense of relief. He was the only company rep who never asked me to sign anything and never spoke to me about money. He sat down and attempted to answer all the questions that my wife and I had. I was so impressed by the amount of patience and seriousness of this company, that I decided to hire them. And today, months after, I’m happy I did. Go-ADU is an outstanding ADU builder. I’m a savvy client and I had a clear expectation regarding this project, right from the get-go. I think that I can say, quite comfortably, that Go-ADU delivered on everything I’d ever expected from them in terms of honesty, proficiency, cost, quality, timeliness and satisfaction. This company earned this five star review legitimately and I’m happy to give it to them.

We finally got a new central air condition unit installed in our house. We met and spoke with several contractors and ended up choosing creation construction who seemed professional, sincere and to the point. The whole thing happened faster than we thought and we love the fact that we were able to stay within our budget. We’re happy to recommend creation to anyone considering to install a new HVAC system. Based on our experience, Creation charges very reasonably and does a great job.

I’m naturally a critical person and have had a hard time finding a builder who aims higher than the average contractor. I met Mark from Creation Construction while he was supervising a job at my neighbor’s house and I liked the way he was managing and directing the crew. Was it possible that I found the perfect contractor??? I ended up hiring Creation Construction to remodel my 30 year old kitchen. After a full month of vigorous work, I am fully appreciative of the results. Creation approached the project in a very respectful and humble way, and allowed me to interject and share my views as the project was moving along. I felt part of the team! I am highly satisfied from these folks. They are real people, hard workers and devoted contractors.

Creation construction demonstrated exemplary standards while working on the remodeling of our house. Two of their strongest qualities are undoubtedly the patience and the dedicated customer service. Having a painless remodel is every homeowner’s dream. Ours, oddly enough, was quite enjoyable. I had lots of fun working with Ashley from creation on choosing the tile, the vanity and the hardware for our new bathroom. I valued her input, especially, the wonderful ideas she shared with us, which made me rethink (and finally change) a few of my initial plans. It’s fair to say that Creation Construction delivered a quality remodeling experience which more than justified the cost of the project.

This is the second time that we’ve chosen to work with Creation Construction. The first time around was approximately 2 years ago, when we hired them to do a complete makeover of our kitchen. Creation gutted and then rebuilt the entire space from scratch. The results of our kitchen makeover were so mesmerizing, that when we decided to upgrade two of our bathrooms, Creation was the obvious candidate. Creation brings a great deal of maturity and seriousness into anything it does. With the help of Sam, their project manager, they were able to take our entire process to new horizons. Perfection is a myth when it comes to construction and home remodeling. In years of buying, selling and remodeling homes, Creation Construction is the closet we’ve come to witness it.

I decided to give Creation Construction this 5 star review because I felt that it was duly earned by them. They have been working in our house for the past 6 weeks to remodel 3 of our bathrooms. Watching them during this time, was probably the best proof that everything I read about them before hiring them, was indeed true. They are an honest group of people. Hard workers, very devoted, and extremely result driven. Thanks to their commitment, each of our 3 bathrooms, have turned out exactly as we envisioned them. I rank this experience as one of the best I’ve had with any contractor before.

We recently purchased a new historical property and moving into the new house posed many new challenges. The house has more than 40 wood windows and most of them were in a very poor condition. After the last winter, water was visibly penetrating under the windows and from there it dripped straight onto the walls. Realizing that we had to do something about it expeditiously, we contacted Creation Construction. The representative we spoke to, told us about other historical properties they worked on, and was able to come up with a repair and replacement plan which met our exact budget. The one thing you notice immediately about Creation Construction, and I’m sure anyone who came in contact with them would attest to the same, is how seriously they take things. They treated our project as if they were planning to launch a rocket to the moon. The accuracy and the attention to details amazed us. It isn’t something you see every day in a contractor and it was quite astonishing and uplifting to see in our case. We now own a beautiful historical property and all of our windows are in perfect condition, thanks to the work done by Creation Construction.

I always wanted to add a sliding door to our master bedroom. It was way too dark and the small casement window which it had, didn’t let enough light into the room. Adding a sliding door, required us to break the exterior wall, which was a great concern to both my husband and I. We interviewed 6 companies, and 4 of them decided not to give us a bid, because they told us that they couldn’t handle the actual construction side of the job, which involved opening the wall before installing the sliding door. Creation Construction was the perfect choice for this project. They were skilled, super professional, fast, sincere, kind and very-very knowledgeable. Everything about this project went without a single flaw. They were so punctual and informative. Looking at it now, we know we made the right decision in choosing this company.
