We had a great experience with DMD Window and Door, and we are completely satisfied and pleased with the job of replaced 13 windows and 3 doors in our home. Lindsay managed this project to perfection, meticulously taking care of all details. She is friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. She provided a competitive bid, organized everything, and closely managed the installation, staining and cleanup. The installation was excellent, and the staining job was stellar and a perfect match to our existing stain. Every task was on-time or ahead of time. 5 windows and 1 entry door in 5 hours with impeccable clean up and workmanship. DMD windows have installed all but 4 windows and 1 door and that’s just because I can’t have them replaced yet. When I am ready, I will have them back

DMD is one of two window companies approved by our HOA. That being said our personal expectation was low as a monopoly in a resort area tends to be a challenge at least for me. However Lindsay showed up for our estimate when agreed too. The crew was scheduled later date to install, but was able to come about 3 weeks earlier to install - WHICH WORKED BETTER FOR OUR SCHEDULE. There was a minor minor glitch in one of the 9 windows - which their install crew identified & scheduled to get corrected BEFORE we even knew about it. Their trim stain crew waited till all windows were good & came when agreed to as well & matched our stain PERFECTLY without us even seeing it. Honestly DMD far exceeded our expectations as being located in a ski resort - I’m not at all use to this excellent service (yes I owe my HOA an apology)- plus the quality of product is top notch so yes give them your business!

I had a very good experience with D.M.D. Builders. I had them put in windows many years ago and was very pleased with their work, and that is why I choice them to do more windows for me. The guys that put them in were pleasant and were good about protecting my carpet and did a good job cleaning up when finished. I am enjoying the windows in my living room and office and so happy with the blinds,

Every aspect of our journey from first contact to a new bay window and front door was perfect! DMD was the 3rd of 3 companies we had into our home, and we were absolutely sure that DMD was our choice when Fred Harper finished his presentation. Fred kept us informed on the progress of our order, and checked in with us routinely. The very professional crew arrived for installation and did an incredible job in about 4 or 5 hours. Everything was perfect, and there was no sign of sawdust, and no mess when they left. Our neighbors are amazed at the difference, and several have asked who did such a great job! We are more than happy to recommend DMD to anyone for new windows or doors.

I did my homework and met with several contractors. DMD Window was where I felt comfortable purchasing ten Pella windows. From the owner to the sales rep to the installation crew, they were first rate. Responsive to my needs, happy to educate me about the many choices of product/price. They clearly know their business and value excellent customer service. The installation crew show up exactly on time at 7:30 am; they were a well-oiled machine, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after the installation. The trash crew followed shortly thereafter and picked up all the old windows. By mid afternoon, my windows were installed, the house was clean and the project was complete. DMD Window & Door provides exceptional customer service and products. It doesn't get any better.

DMD installed new Pella windows in my house. They used there own employee installers who did a superior job. Their pricing was competitive and quality of work was outstanding. I will never go back to using installers from big box stores again. Could not be more pleased with the job.
