Buyer beware. RUN AWAY!! New windows were installed 3 years ago with the promise that they were lifetime warranty on every part of the window (including screens!). The install went very well. Very professional crew. But 3 years later when trying to get a cracked panel replaced, we found out that “our account has been sold” to Champion Windows out of Ohio. We also found out that the warranty only covers the frame. Not the glass or screens. Champion charges $250 to come do the inspection and let us know what the cost is going to be. To say we are devastated is an understatement. We spent almost $30k on windows to find out that the promised lifetime warranty was bogus. If you plan to do business with HPA, don’t count on the warranty. And the salesman will absolutely lie to your face.

They don’t deserve even one star but I had to click on at least one to leave a review. My advice, RUN!!!

This company is a SCAM , do not I repeat DO NOT let then talk you into their business . Once they get you to sign the contract and you realize what they told you was a lie . YOU WILL HAVE A LIEN ON YOUR HOME if you go through them . When you call and try to cancel they will send you to many different voicemails . Then when you speak to someone and tell them they act like they can’t hear you and hang up the call !

Trash worst company I've ever used. Did half tue work and now I can't get anyone from the company to contact me. Do not use this company. Worst decision I've made as a home owner.

Very Professional company, great staff, and the windows are great. Protection from storms and crime with these windows. Would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend anyone do business with this company! I paid a deposit in the amount of $14,000 for windows in July of 2017. After a year of nothing but excuses when I asked for updates about my window installation, I asked for my deposit back. I was told a refund would be a breach of my contract to which I replied HPA already breached the contract by not installing the windows in a timely manner. I then hired an attorney to intervene on my behalf in July of 2018 at which time HPA provided an application for a building permit which they had just applied for after receiving the letter from my attorney and over a year since taking my deposit! This was only an application as they never paid to actually get a permit even though they insisted they wanted to install my windows. In 2020 I filed a civil suit against HPA for the return of my deposit and a judgment in my favor was awarded in 2021. Currently HPA is facing a contempt of court order due to not complying with the judgment! Still waiting to get my deposit back!! Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company ... HPA is certainly not honest, reliable or reputable. See you in court on 09/15/2022!

We contracted with HPA for a new front door. The salesman seemed new, so we weren’t concerned when he called a superior in the middle of his pitch to confirm the price of the door. After they sent their own inspector to look at the job, we waited to hear about delivery and installation. The first sign of a problem was at the TWO MONTH mark, when we suddenly and without any communication, got a refund of our deposit in our account. The job had been cancelled without explanation. We called the office and were told that, yes, the job was cancelled for “logistical” reasons. Now we need to start over, with trepidation, to find a new door.

One star and I am being very generous. After 6 months, the job is not even close to be done. Lots of mistakes, terrible customer service, the only door up is broken. So upsetting and unhappy. Wherever you do, please do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. Unfortunately we went with them and is costing us a lot of headaches and lots of money..

Job was completed on time and work was done in a very professional manner. Workers were very polite and informative. The windows and door are very high quality & craftsmanship. We are very pleased with the work and the price was in line with other installers in our area.

I was initially concerns about some old reviews I had read about HPA.. They were not anywhere close to the service I received from HPA. From my initial appointment with Tim , What he promised HPA delivered. The Installation team , headed by Jackson was a wonderful experience. Polite, timely and very importantly I knew ever day of what was happening and what would happen next .. I was here during the installation of 17 windows and 5 sliding doors and the team was very easy to have working in my home.. I would highly recommend them .
