We just completed a project with Katy Glass and Mirror. The project involved custom glass doors for a bathtub conversion to shower project. The company had to make three trips to install the glass due to mistakes in measurements and due to not having the correct install supplies and warranty paperwork. During the third trip we asked the installer for the promised Shower Guard Lifetime Warranty and to clean up to glass after his third trip. As he stomped out of my house I asked for his name to report him to his supervisor. He walked out without cleaning up or leaving the requested information. During all three visits, Katy Glass and Mirror personal seemed rushed and not wanting to answer questions like how best to clean the coated glass. It is no wonder that it took three trips to complete the work. I know this company has good reviews on this site but you will find other sites with reviews similar to this one. Avoid this company or be prepared to for long delays in your project with lots of frustration.
