Lowes of East Lancaster, PA

Terrible service. We were told an installation date of June 20 - July 20th. Then told August 4th. They arrived and had 6 wrong posts delivered. Jason promised to call and see if he could get the correct ones expedited to us so that the job could be done on time. 3 days go by and we have to call Jason to ask for a tracking number, which he doesn't give us but says they are in New Jersey and will be here and installed on Monday 8/12. Come Monday 8/12 still no updates from Jason and nobody is here with any posts to install. We tried calling and e-mailing him. I called corporate to get an update, and by the time I'm on hold there for 35 minutes, Jason finally calls us back (assuming they called him while I was on hold.) Apparently the posts are still in New Jersey and will not be delivered until 8/14. We could have done this job ourselves in 1.5 weeks, there is a reason people are paying for installation. This has caused a major disruption in our household and I would not have agreed to a 1.5 week installation knowing that we could have done it in that same turn around time ourselves. Our yard is a total mess, our old fence is down, we are out thousands of dollars and we still have no fence. I will be filing complaints.

Water heater installation completed but heating and cooling not complete yet. Little frustrating because they are off Saturday and Sunday, I understand but the guy said they are not coming on Monday, he said, he is going to start from Tuesday. Still cold weather with little Kids in home. I will update review after completion. Project Date: 04/04/2019 Cost: $14,000. Update- All the work has been done very well. I am very please with the work. Thank you so much.

Kitchen remodel: The contractor supplied by Lowes did an excellent job and performed the cabinet replacement with total cooperation and quality craftsmanship. He was an artist and conducted himself in a professional manner I would highly recommend both the craftsman and the design specialist in Lowes.

I purchased and had a storm door installed. The workman who did the work did a good job. Even cleaned up when he finished.
