Marvin Design by Eldredge is a quality retail store for windows. They have a huge showcase of products and all the options - right there to see and touch. Heather helped us through the decisions and the ordering processes and has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional through it all. This is our second time ordering windows through Eldridge and this time it was for an entire new house.

I had a very good experience ordering a new Integrity patio door from Marvin Design Gallery in Portland. All schedules were met and the sales people and installers were on top of everything that needed to be done to get the door put in, even in December. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new doors and windows.

I'm a homeowner tackling all aspects of renovating my kitchen/dining/living rooms. Dealing with Marvin (based in Portland, ME) has been great all around. Pricing, customer service, quality, looks, and ease of ordering have all been fantastic. I have installed 5 windows and a sliding glass patio door from Marvin, and will be purchasing many more in the future.

Replaced all the windows and one door in the house last fall and could not have been more pleased with the results. The installation team was TOP Notch and so professional and the windows were AWESOME. Could not believe how warm and cozy the house stayed this winter even on the coldest nights. The team worked with us every step of the way to keep the project cost down where possible. The windows look so great we didn't even replace the window treatments. With Marvin and Eldredge you can't go wrong.

We have used Marvin windows for several replacements over the past 2 years and we are pleased with the quality of the product and the service staff as well as their warranty to resolve any problems. We would recommend them in the future and will be upgrading more windows next year.

The Marvin Design Gallery is the best resource for showing my clients the types of windows I recommend. The showroom is excellent because it has many different examples of finishes and casing styles that a lot of local architects and builders use, so my clients can often see the exact installation that I plan to use on their project. They also print shop drawings of each window on my schedule so that I can review the grille pattern, sizes and hinge layout for each and every door and window.

Great experience end to end. Needed a new sliding glass door to replace a double door out to back deck. I also used MDG for the install. • Showroom was big and had the full range of choices and accessories; sales team there   was knowledgeable and did a nice job communicating options and differences. • Estimate was clear, accurate, and provided three different options. • Pre-install visit to the site to get final measurements was on-time, quick and ultimately   didn't alter from the original estimate at all. • Install was great; high quality and very neat. The door was a slightly different size than the   opening and great care was taken to minimize any damage and affix new trim. Installers   even bought and put in a new hardwood floor board as this new door was narrower than   the old. • It's just been 3 1/2 months, but product still looks and functions great. • Particular kudos to sales person (Kate) for everything - thorough, timely, nice follow-up. Really, couldn't ask for anything more, and will definitely be back.

I bought a house that had vinyl replacement windows that were about ten years old that were literally falling apart. I replaced them with Marvin Infiity fiberglass windows. The Marvin windows have simulated mullions that add an authentic detail to the house. Also they have a larger glass area than what was replaced, allowing in noticeably more light. Many of the original widows did not fit correctly and I could not lock some, meaning drafts during the winter. The Marvin windows lock tightly, meaning a savings on my fuel bill. The workmen who put in the windows did nice work and were exceptionally neat. I am very pleased with the product and the workmanship.

My husband and I are repeat customers - which says a lot. Quite a few years ago, we had all of the windows in our mid-1980s condo replaced with Marvin windows. Dave Thibeau was our sales representative for that first installation, and we sought him out again to help us with replacement of our front entry door and our 9-foot slider door this past summer. Dave made sure our project was in compliance with town and condo association regulations. He, the installation crew and the office staff were helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. Dave followed up as both projects progressed and returned after completion to ensure our satisfaction. The installation crew went beyond our expectations - so pleased with their attention to detail and their preparations to ensure an efficient, seamless replacement of both doors. We're very happy with our windows and doors (no more drafts!) and highly recommend Dave and the Marvin Design Gallery group of professionals!

We had five double-hung windows replaced in our 1850 farmhouse. The windows were not a standard size, so it was a special order. Extra care had to be taken because of the presence of lead paint in one room. We worked with Dave Thibeau and had a very pleasant experience with him. Our installer, Bill Parr, was exceptional. The workmanship fitting the windows was impeccable, and the clean up each day and at the end of the job was excellent. Both Dave and Bill were very considerate in their dealings with us; the disruption to our lives was minimal.

We recently completed a total remodel of our home, which included all new windows in different locations than the old windows. We chose Marvin All Ultrex Casement and Awning Windows from the Marvin Design Gallery (MDG). They are terrific windows. They are attractive and work effortlessly...and now that winter has arrived and I am writing this review, I can add that they are very energy efficient. Choosing the style, material, color and exterior trim of our new windows were big decisions for us. We made at least 15 trips to the MDG. (Luckily, we live nearby). Being able to see the various types of windows installed was invaluable. The staff was always helpful and well informed about the product and priced the product very competitively. Even after we purchased our windows, we returned to the showroom to look at the various interior trim and window seat details, which helped us work with our contractor on the interior finishes. We give MDG our highest recommendation.
