Nest Door & Window did a fantasic job with our window installation. They were on time and very proffesional, My windows look great and they cleaned everything up. I would highly recommened them to anyone!.

I purchased 14 windows from NEXT Door and Windows in October 2022, and they were installed on 6/30/23. Several problems make me want to never use this company again: 1.Two large windows (double hung) in my dining room were measured incorrectly (despite two separate measurements being performed), and these were not replaced on the original installation day. These needed to be re-ordered, and then a second installation date (9/2/23) was required 8 weeks later. 2.The bathroom window was supposed to be a new opaque window. The sales person mentioned that the new window would only allow a form to be seen, but that details would not be visible. However, after the bathroom window was installed, I noticed that details could be clearly seen from the outside. This window (now very transparent) makes the bathroom not usable unless I have the window covered completely. This was unacceptable for a new window that was supposed to provide privacy. The service team needed to return on 7/29/23 to perform work on this window to make it more opaque. 3.During the installation day, the installation team was asking me if I wanted the frames to be “picture frame” or if I wanted to keep the original style of the frame of the windows. In addition, the installation team wanted to know whether the outside color of the windows should be white or beige. This was concerning because I went over this in great detail with the sales team. This lack of communication worried me about the quality of the communication of NEXT’s teams. 4.Blinds were supposed to be re-installed after the windows were installed (according to my contract). However, there was a change in the dimensions of several windows: a picture window bookended by two double hung windows were changed to a picture window bookended by two casement windows. Since the dimensions of these windows have changed, I can no longer use the old blinds—I will need to order new blinds to fit these windows. This was not discussed during the sale of the windows. In addition, the old blinds were not installed. The sales manager mentioned that I was charged for this re-installation (since it was in my contract); however, no attempt was made to credit me after I brought this up several times. 5.On 7/1/23 the service manager came to inspect the problems with the windows, and he discovered that one double hung window that was installed was very difficult to open. This required a separate visit from the service team (7/29/23) to perform work on the window so that it could open smoothly. Despite these problems, it took multiple phone calls and sending pictures to the leadership of NEXT Door and Windows to convince them that there were problems. The transparent bathroom window concerns were initially dismissed since “everyone orders that window for the bathroom.” It took a photo before they agreed that there was a problem. NEXT installed a beautiful front entry door that visitors have commented about frequently. Everything about the transaction and the product and installation we view as excellent. The most recent door, an entry door from the garage to the house, was installed in April 2020 and it too has pleased us immensely. We highly recommend the products and the excellent service.

Top notch service from start to finish. No high pressure sales - instead, a completely consultative and extremely helpful approach. Very different than the big name competitors we also spoke with, including RBA. Gary was great in identifying better ways to address certain windows, often recommending less expensive ways to get things done. The work turned out fantastic, the windows are beautiful and functional, and the team delivered on everything they promised. Highly recommend.

We had 13 windows replaced in our house this spring by Next Door and Window. They did an outstanding professional job. The crew arrived early and worked hard to get the job done in 3 days. They partitioned off the area around the windows to minimize dust/dirt and cleaned up every night after they left. After the job was done they did an excellent job of cleaning both in the house, in our garage and outside. Last but not least we LOVE our new Marvin windows. They changed the look of our house!

Used Next Door about 7 years ago for complete replacement of all our casement windows with Marvin Ultimate Casement Replacement. They did a fantastic job. This last brutal cold winter one window cracked. Called Next Door and they had all the records on our installation at hand and were out in about 2 weeks to replace it. All we paid for was the custom stain we had original ordered.

I am so pleased with the workmanship, customer service and professionalism I experienced with NEXT DOOR & WINDOW. They installed a new storm and screen door plus a side panel on my home. It was an extremely cold day when the installer came; he took precautions to keep the cold out while he was working. His workmanship was impeccable. It took him several hours to make sure the doors and the side panel were PERFECTLY installed and my entranceway was spotless. Exceeded my expectations!!!

Next did a fantastic job on my difficult project. I previously had 2 bow windows fail from other manufactures/installers. Next Door and Window found the root cause and provided THE solution. They handled the framing and brick work necessary to install the correct window for my application. My new window provides me with more viewing area and air flow. This spring they will be replacing the rest of my windows. I am so happy to have found a company that I can trust!
