Ted and his company does impeccable work! The quality is second to none. I replaced all the windows in my home (33) and I get approached constantly by neighbors asking who I used. Before contracting with North Georgia Replacement Windows, I contacted literally all of their competitors; the prices were similar but I cannot express how much better the windows from North Georgia Windows were from a design, finish and quality standpoint. The one aspect that sets this company apart from the rest is the level of care and customer service. Ted and his team will not be satisfied until every little detail is done to perfection. I highly recommend anyone wanting to replace their windows to contact Ted and his company, you will not be disappointed!

North Georgia Replacement Windows was one of the few companies I found, to help me with purchase of a garden window for my kitchen update. Sean Gallagher was so helpful and knowledgeable about available products. He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable in the decisions I was making. My husband and I were planning to grow herbs and sprouts and therefore, the type of glass and amount of sunlight coming through was very important to us. Sean made sure we were getting what we wanted. He made the process so easy that we ordered a large picture window and 2 casement windows for the same kitchen update, as well. Since we live in in NC, they were not able to deliver and install, but Sean made sure knowledgeable staff was available by phone to answer any questions about the installation. We love our windows and would not hesitate to use NGRW again.
