One Source Windows and Doors

No issues with quality, windows look good. We did have an issue with customer service, if you are using a builder highly suggest only having your builder make changes. We came in for a short 5 min visit where we confirmed white windows, removed slates and dropped on set of sliding doors. OneSource had an old version of the drawings, we left saying we could send them the updated drawings to add the new windows. They updated the quote sent it to our builder. We assumed everything was fine. Later when we were invoiced by our builder there was an additional $2000+ charge. Our builder called the door size had increased, from the size he initially requested. They told him the home owners asked for it. We never asked for it in person or in email. We called and talked with them directly and we’re told there was a note that said to change it. I said I think that was updated based off of the drawings because it was right after the note about changing windows they denied and they did not offer any assistance. Our builder tried to contact them again and now the story changed saying they were never able to open the drawings. I don’t understand, because all the windows were changed correctly, and our builder did not send new drawings. I was willing to split the cost, didn’t expect them to pay all of it because we do have taller glass doors now. But it was not something we asked for and would have chosen if we had the option but instead we were made to feel like we were in the wrong and trying to cheat them. Please be cautious and work through your builder and make sure everything is documented.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. I replaced every window in my house and I'm very pleased. One Source was very professional. The product was just as they described and their installer did an excellent job as well. The installers were polite, considerate and did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished.

We recently replaced all of the windows in our home however we split it into two jobs. One Source was great to work with... very professional and the install crew is GREAT. We have dogs and were concerned about broken glass. They were very careful and hauled away all of the old windows, broken glass and trash in their own trash can. Would DEFINITELY recommend them.
