Very unprofessional, quick to take your money but hard to speak to anyone that understood me. Took close forever to finish the job just glad to be done.

We cannot recommend Orlando T Group enough! . We replaced all the windows and doors in our home and they were amazing every step of the way. We had a main contact person, who was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. This was our first time undertaking such a big project, and he met with us a couple of time, explained and showed us the different options and allowed us the time and space to select what would work for our house. Once the windows arrived, a site manager came a couple of times to check on the project and also called to explain what to expect during installation. The gentlemen who installed our windows were meticulous and professional. Once windows were installed they sent another team to finish the details and prepare for inspeccion. Throughout this whole process the office was in contact with us, making sure everything was moving smoothly. When we passed the inspection, they had their last last crew add some finishing touches. We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors but Orlando T Group has been the absolute best company we’ve worked with.

Very nice shutter installation! Always updated me with timelines and completed on specified Date. Shutters work very well to shade late afternoon sun.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Every staff memeber was impressive in the way they delivered. The product is excellent. I would definitely contract with this company again.

They were all great from start to finish from the installation to finish. Now the only down fall is from 3/31 till 6/17 I had one call from the main off Carol and Miguel in the office amazing. the workers Amazing. Just need to follow up in that 3 month period . I know things take time . But just let me know its more time.

EXCELLENT WORKERS ALL DID THEIR JOBS TO TH MAX. MY WIFE AND I ARE OMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ALL OF THE PEOPLE IN THEIR ORGANIZATION STARTING WITH CAROLINA AND ENDING WITH ALEJAADRO. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT IS LOCKING TO REPLACE THEIR WINDOWS. THEY'RE ALITTLE PRICY, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY.
