There were red flags from the consultation. The consultant lied about the end-date of a promotion to try to be sure I would sign a contract before his sales month ended when the actual end-date was over two weeks away. Then q week before a 2-day install appointment, I received a call stating that the install would take 3 days. I rearranged my schedule and took another day off. Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start day, I received an email confirming my installation date for 2 months out. When I spoke to Pella, they said that one of my windows (the job was for 2) would not be received in time. I can't believe they are so uninformed that they didn't know a week prior that the second window was going to be a week late. So now the job is back to two days instead of three, I'm off a day without pay that they won't be here, I've already moved all the furniture out of the room that now won't be worked in, and they arbitrarily picked a day to reschedule without consulting me or letting me know until I contacted them. And no one at Pella has a care in the world about the trouble their lack of attention and lack of respect for my time has created. Stay away - the Haverhill shop is under Pella of New England, so just stay away from all of them.

I purchased Pella sliding patio door. It got rot from water runoff onto my patio from the roof with no gutters. 5 years after the warranty, they replaced the door for a very discounted price, much below list price and even significantly below my contractors discounted price. Very good people to interact with during the process as well.

I chose, after 'interviewing' seven other window companies, Pella to replace 22 windows in my home, which is a two-family duplex. Thanks to another customer cancel, 2 crews came, one working on my side, the other on my tenants. I had chosen Fiberglass windows. They were mindful of personal furniture/belongings ( which I took great pains to cover) and floors, that they covered. When the windows were in place, they sealing around the sides if the windows where they met the molding. Each staff person worked as if he was sealing his own window. When they were done, a supervisor inspected all and talked to me about my response, which was super. Everything they had brought was taken and any mess they made they cleaned. I was so pleased with both their work and this product, that I later hired them to replace my front door, which was having structural problems. Again, I had a great consultation from which to make my choice and as the door was being installed, and problems were found, I was given a quote for any additional work, which I approved, and the result was worth the extra time and expertise that my door received. I love the windows and I love the door.
