Porto's team did a great job installing the windows on my Chalet this was 4 years ago and still to this day I am completely satisfied Eric Da Silva took the time to explain all the details of his products and explained me how the windows were manufactured as well as brook down all the performance factors to ,e buying a product like Loewen and spending that kind of money it made a great deal I really got the feeling that I was in good hands and getting a great product to boot The installation crew were simply amazing the crew foreman left me wondering at first as he's a big man and dose not smile often that said he quickly made me feel comfortable and went over the installation with me floors were all protected and furniture got covered they even put plastic over my entertainment unit Job was done fast but clean they inspect all aspect of the installation as they go prior to closing up Eric L ( the site foreman ) did a walk around in and out with me , explained to me how everything works , what to do and not to do when I open my windows to clean them . Even after the walk around I found a minor detail that got omitted they pulled out the equipment with a smile and corrected the issue In a nut shell I am very happy with this purchase as well as the service I received

J’ai utiliser cette compagnie pour mes Fenetre Isothermic bien que j’aurais voulu des Fenetre de bois mon budget ne le permettais pas ils ont pris le temps de me conseillé et m’orienter vers un fournisseur de très bonne qualité dans mes prix ils on été aussi très clair dans leur explication sur les avantage du verre triple Ma maison est situer devant un club de tir et pour être honnête ils avais tout à fait raison le bruit des tie est réduit à plus de 90% d’avant En gros le service était courtois des humain qui prenne à cœur nos besoin ils écoute et nous conseil Ce qui serait le meilleur choix pour nous Si jamais j’la vais l’idée de changer mes porte patio je retournerait chez eux sans hésiter Se sentir comme une personne et non comme un numéro qui rapporte de l’argent c extrêmement plaisant

I bought two doors for approximately $16,000. They made mistakes in the quotation and did a poor job of installation. In addition, the mechanics on one of the doors (produced by Martin) had to be changed. I found them unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy and would not recommend them.
