They have done 2 jobs for me. They sided my home and replaced almost all windows in a second home rented to a family member. Both resulted in greatly increased comfort level in both homes. My home was done probably over 10 years ago and the rental 4 years ago and I am still highly satisfied.

Excellent advice on window replacement, including advice on alterations to the old window sizes, etc. Careful and clean installation. We have used Schmidt several times and always been very satisfied.

Schmidt Exteriors installed APEX fiberglass siding on my home. The quality of workmanship and materials was excellent. Arrived on time and completed project on schedule. Left site in pristine condition. I particularly liked the fact that the owner was on site each day to check on the work. I felt the price was reasonable, but do not have any comparison to other contractors as I specifically wanted APEX siding and Schmidt was the only contractor in the area installing that brand at the time. Great company and great work.

I hired Schmidt Exteriors for two separate projects. The first was for kitchen window replacement, and the second was for a new roof.. Both projects were completed in a timely manner, and I couldn't be happier with the quality workmanship. I highly recommend Schmidt Exteriors for any home improvement project.

We just moved in and were delighted with the window of our new house. Turns out that they were purchased from Schmidt Exteriors who had done all the windows in our former house also. This is a great company that provides only the highest quality products. Their customer service and after sale support is excellent too!

Work was done as promised and quoted. Very professional and should have done it sooner. An initial measurement error was made and problem was fixed at their expense with no questions asked.

Mike has done windows from me at two different houses. Each time the work was done expertly and on time. Both homes were old and Mike's team made it seamless. Equally as important was Mike's honestly when I asked him about replacing our custom entry door. Mike showed me what we could do to preserve the existing door instead of spending thousands on a new one.
