Showcase Custom Vinyl Windows & Doors

BUYER BEWARE!! This company does NOT honor their written warranties or for that matter their promises. Their service department, when you can reach anyone and no, they rarely return a call, appears to be completely content in sending you on a wild goose chase to correct a problem with one of their products......wanting pictures of the nonfunctioning item (window in this case) from you, then needing a video from you of the window not working, then having you contact local window installers in Corpus Christi (location of the deficient product), then having you facilitate a discussion between a local window company representative and a Showcase representative, which never seem to be available or return calls (again), then have you hunt down a Showcase window person in the local area changing out windows on a job site to get his opinion of the problem; only to have to deal with Showcase Service in Houston to find out they no longer make the window in question so they could not honor the lifetime warranty, changed to a 10 year warranty without any notification of the buyers. Six-month process with no results regarding one of Showcase Windows' premier products (window) that is no longer made, I assume because of numerous complaints about their product being less than satisfactory. I sum up this company with one statement.....Showcase should be renamed to WORSTCASE!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Very unprofessional company. they waited 17 weeks to let me know they can make our doors. This is after they promised to deliver them and I opened a hole of 9'x 7' in my dining room because we believe them. do not use Showcase for your projects. Avoid the stress and frustration of dealing with them.

Very unprofessional. It’s more than 5 months and windows orders haven’t been fulfilled. The partial order which arrived after 4 months was damaged and bad quality. So now wait another 4-5 months for replacement. Really? Is this the way a company should function? No regard for customers time and money? If I could go back in time, I would take my business somewhere else. They are not worth doing business. Bad quality and false promises.

My showcase vinyl windows were recently installed and I am very disappointed on the quality. Here are some pictures that only show part of the the damage and quality. All the black vinyl is pealing in all different spots on the windows. The handles are cheap plastic. The seams are ALL awful. All the windows came like this. I hope this gets resolved ASAP. Do not waste your money. Can you imagine what the peeling is going to look like in a couple years or shoot months maybe!
