Greetings, just a quick note to say thanks for the great window install experience. Everything looks great! Also, please thank the guys who were here -- they silently fixed/properly nailed in a trim piece on the front step! It was not part of their job at all, and it was loose before they arrived, but it was a pleasant surprise to have it done properly. That was kind of them, and speaks highly of your company.

I definitely recommend Venture Window. At my commercial location, I had a screen door installed, along with work on an existing outer door. Bruce, one of the owners, came out to do the estimate. During that time, he was straightforward, gave me options, and recommended that I could still use the existing outer door/not have to replace- saving me some $. He and his staff were great with communication through the whole process. After the estimate and placing the order for my door, they kept me informed of the timetable. On my install date, Steve the installer was great- kept me informed on what he was doing. I’m very satisfied with all parts of the job. Working with Venture Window was a very positive experience for me- highly recommend.

Venture window just replaced 2 storm doors, installed a fiberglass door and also replaced our old wood kitchen window. Excellent products and service!! I will be having them come out next spring to replace my other windows!! Great pricing too! Scott, Bruce and the crew all very professional!

Venture Windows replaced a large window and door. They were on time, professional, organized, careful of my shrubs and clean. They cleaned up what little mess they made. Quick to respond to emails and calls. I recommend and will use them again.

Venture Windows was recommended as my residence is an historic home and follows certain structural guidelines for improvements. Seriously disappointed with service, communication and overall customer satisfaction. Very long story quite abbreviated - after waiting over three months for the order to arrive which was three storm doors (arrived on time), 6 sashes and 8 storm windows (I was informed that two months was waiting period), two sashes and two storms were incorrectly measured. The owner took responsibility for inaccurately measuring them. Quite unbelievable, nonetheless true. As I waited an additional five weeks for this order to be completed, two of three of my replacement storm doors would not operate. Two company installers worked on one of them and appeared it was in full working order. A day later it was not working again and I fixed it myself rather than experience any more frustration with a simple issue that could have been rectified. Finally, to my surprise, an ordered opaque bathroom window (ordered on June 12) was no longer offered and I was told by the owner could not be an option. Importantly, it was listed on the invoice (prepared June 12) and no one communicated this to me in four months. I now have a window not at all meeting my satisfaction. Bottom line and most disheartening I was insulted by the compensation (or discount) that was offered by the owner in light of these inconveniences. Even more insulting was the offer he made to pay for the mini-blinds that I will now need to cover the bathroom window ($37.00). I need to be clear - I do not write reviews. I only do so in order that others are aware as you consider this company for future window replacement/construction work. It is appalling that this is the customer service received – I say this regardless of the tremendous financial cost and personal inconvenience this company’s errors have caused.

We recently had Venture Windows, LLC replace our patio door and couldn't be happier with the final results. The installers did an outstanding professional job, were very courteous and meticulous cleaning up. I will recommend Venture Windows to all my friends and contacts.

I just love my new windows! Venture was 1 of 3 companies I interviewed and they had the best selection of products. The other companies had 1 or 2 models and Venture had 8. I was able to find a very good window at a price I was hoping for. Their installers came and completed the job in a single day, just as promised. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I already feel the difference in the comfort level in my home. I was also very impressed with the fact that Venture was the only company that had their own full time installers. The others all danced around the question, but in fact, used sub-contractors. Venture has also been in business for 31 years and has a very large showroom in Providence. If you need windows, Venture is the go to company in my humble opinion.

I had shopped around before contacting Venture and their prices were the best in all of Southern New England. Venture has installed vinyl replacement double-hung IGU windows in several of our rental apartments. The tested and rated windows function well and the installation work has always been highly efficient and thorough. We are a repeat customer!

Venture in stalled our windows in the middle of January. They did NOT try to sell us a product they wanted us to buy, or the most expensive window. We had to replace 8 crank window that were old, rotting and not the most energy efficient. They were on time, professional, the installers were great. They new what they were doing and they cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend them. Hope this comment helps anyone making their decision.
