Westeck Windows and Doors is a Canadian manufacturer with 7 Showrooms in the Pacific Northwest, as well as an extensive dealer network throughout North America. Westeck employs over 200 people with the majority of those partners working out of the corporate facility in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. Producing custom specialized windows and doors, Westeck’s brand and reputation was built on providing fenestration product solutions with European design and influence. Terrible quality and service. I bought all my doors and windows from them and it was a nightmare from the start. Now my front door is warped less than a year old and they are saying it was due to install? The hinge in the middle is clearly crooked as confirmed by the inspector Festim. Now they are saying it’s 50% warranty !?!! They refuse to respond even after spending around $20,000 with them. Wish I went with another company … DON’T BUY FROM THEM you will REGRET IT !!! General Manager Will Tait doesn’t respond to emails no wonder the staff don’t care they just follow the leader ..,

We purchased Westeck windows and doors for our house (new build) in Calgary when they had a location in Calgary (5 years ago). The windows look amazing but we were supposed to have someone come adjust all our doors and change all the weather stripping for all the windows and doors and the weather stripping provided are good enough for Calgary weather. I have called many times, sent multiple emails to different people at the company to organize a service appointment and no one will call me back or respond to my emails. I have even asked them to just provide the company whom I could use do the work so I can just pay for it, and still they won't respond. My family owns a home building company, this is the worst customer service we have experienced related to doors and windows.

I'm thrilled to have Westeck as my premier window and door supplier. The range of exterior doors is above and beyond other providers. Just this week, I looked over their doors with a client and there were several options to choose from (often there are just 1 or 2 options within the client's price range). Service is superb and they have great photos showing the products in detail. I can't wait to work with them on even more projects!

Yes Westeck offers nice doors, but if you order them you will likely not get them, I have ordered mine in September 2016 as of mid January 2017 these doors are nowhere to be found and surprise, they don't even produce them, they buy them from manufacturing in Croatia! I am supposedly getting my refund, maybe that will happen faster! Low end service for expensive and undelivered doors.

FV Photography Design

I have worked with Westeck as a photographer for their products and I was amazed at the craftsmanship and all the options available in creating the perfect window or door to match a person's home or multi-family dwelling. I took pictures of the cross sections, glass options along with the entire window or door for their website. The staff is courteous and friendly and is always willing to help.

Very happy with the windows and doors that were chosen and installed (3 years ago). They've held up extremely well. One screen was damaged (from our dog) and we expected to replace it, but Westeck managed to fix it very quickly and cheaply. Overall great experience using them.

We had a minor issue with one of our Westeck windows. After contacting them they sent out a team at a time that was convenient for me and they quickly fixed the issue. Very courteous and efficient service team. They even helped answer some questions about my other Westeck windows while they were here. GREAT SERVICE long after the sale, something not always considered when choosing a window brand.

worst customer service ever experienced. we purchased some 65,000.00 CAD worth of windows and sliding doors from Westeck . Lift and slide Sliding doors were installed. "Regular" Sliding floor to ceiling products were then classified as windows, meaning that, installation was not included. An additional charge of 1,800.00 CAD was demanded for installation Following the installation, 3 sliding doors ( installed by Westeck ) are not working. Endless requests for a service call over a period of several months by now remain unanswered. Incredible what kind of service attitude renowned companies seem to be getting away with these days.
