Window Craft has been involved in the renovation & construction industry for more than 22 years--its owner, Grant Hick, having supervised his first renovation (and installed his first window) in 1978. Over the years his concern for quality workmanship, value, trust, and attention to detail have been the guiding principles for hundreds of successful projects & satisfied customers. We have had Grant and his crew work on three projects over the past 20 years. Between 1998 to 2010 they replaced—one room at a time—all the 70's era windows and doors in our home in Abbotsford. In 2009 he provided and installed wood-frame windows and doors for a newly constructed house in the Gulf Islands. This past year—having moved from Abbotsford to the Chilliwack River—they replaced a houseful of old vinyl windows with beautiful wood-framed, fiberglass clad, replacements. Grant's quality of work is without par. The windows, casings, and returns are like fine furniture on the walls. I give Window Craft a five-star rating without reservations.

I was delighted with the windows, the "above and beyond" service and the helpful advice that Grant gave us from beginning of the process, of searching for the ideal windows at the ideal price-point, to the installation process, and through to the follow-up service and advice. He fastened and properly insulated the panes (the old ones were not), and he even came over a few months later to clean a window that we were having trouble cleaning.
With windows, you get what you pay for. I believe we got more than we paid for.
