Update a YEAR Later: 8/22/2022 They finally came back out, only because we paid for this in cash and don't have to finance through them, while they admit the JCHannels aren't chalked which has lead to leaking in my windows, the contractor had to try and find other reasons too that weren't their fault. So now I have to figure out who their insurance is and file a claim and figure out if because of their neglect to do the job correctly if I have mold in my walls, I just want to cry...be warned do use them, they use subcontractors to do the work and those individuals cant be trusted to do a good job, if you cant vet the people working for you you should not be in business.
Worst experience EVER! First time the wanted to install there was a window missing, then every time they wanted to install it was raining, then today during install they show up with a broken window. When the installers installed the windows they did a horrible job, the screen is broken in the one window, there's no screen in one window and my drywall is damaged now. The response from the installer was a sorry attempt to say there was damage underneath. This was when the installer was ready to leave but our salesman assured us that any damage is shown to the homeowner prior to repair, which is not what was done. It is also clear that the damage is from prying the window out of the wall. If there is water damage then we are unaware of the damage and if there is anything else wrong with the wall, then window nation should be held liable for the damage since it wasn't pointed out during install. The installer said he would go to home depot to get stuff to repair the damage but now there will also need to be painting done which he doesn't know how to match. Worst waste of money ever, these windows cost a lot of money (4000.00 almost for 4 windows) to have to deal with all this aggravation and stress. This is the worst experience ever and I would not recommend Window Nation to anyone. We tried to call our sales person and his number seemed disconnected, then We called the local office too and the lady who answered couldn't get us someone to talk to, she claimed someone would call but no one has! We took off for this for the windows to not be installed completely! Again DONT USE WINDOW NATION. I wish we could have our money back at this point, this is horrible...if I could give negative stars I would.

Buyers should be forewarned that Window Nation does not produce their own windows but has some type of business relationship with Vytex Windows whereby Vytex makes the windows and, to further complicate, Vytex uses contractors to install the windows. Why does this matter? Because when something goes wrong, it becomes seemingly impossible to get someone to fix the problem. I spent several thousand dollars to replace 14 windows. Five months later, one window will not properly latch and lock. For the last 3 weeks I have tried unsuccessfully to get someone to repair the window. The response from Window Nation is, “We have contacted the contractor (Vytex).” The response from Vytex has been absolutely nothing, it is as if they do not exist.
Additionally, it took 6 months from the date of purchase to the actual install date. The installation was problematic and, again, this appears to be the product of poor communication between Window Nation and Vytex. My installation date was mismanage, the installers rushed through the walk through, and ignored that they had left hand smudges on the exterior of several 2nd and 3rd story windows. Lastly, after completing a review of my experience with the company, the sales representative sent me an email asking if I would give him a better review.
I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In the meantime, I encourage buyers to carefully consider using this company. I know I will never use them again.

Window Nation is not what sales man claimed their "Superior Service", the price what I paid for is not justified!!!
I signed contract on July 1 and salesman told me no the window installation will be no later than Second week of October. After month goes by I called up the office and checked the order status, they told me it will be likely delayed to in the middle of November. I tried to reach manager and one is on vocation and another one is not reachable and I escalated to higher manager which is North Eastern general manager and explained to him my situation and I need to have window installed so that I can sell the house. I cannot have this delayed and the conversation did not went well and no helpful. When I try to cancel the contract, he refuse to cancel it and told me if I cancel it, they will keep the deposit and I have to pay the remaining balance according to the contract. But he denied the fact that delayed installation already violated contract and should issue the full refund of deposit. The second issue is the back office support is not "Superior Service" as they claimed. The date they scheduled is 100% chance of rain and I called office prior day at noon and to confirm if they will install the window due to weather because I have to drive three hours to that house from my home. The office rep could not call through to the window install contractor to confirm the installation. She told me if I cancel the appointment, they will charge $250 cancelation fee. Then contractor called me in the morning at 7:00am on installation day and tell me the installation canceled due to rain. at that morning, I already drove 3hours to the house. The second appointment was scheduled on Saturday and I got call and email to confirm installation on following Monday which is the window installation is done. What a "Superior Service"! When window installer come to the house and doing final measurement and find out all window measurement are wrong, The actual window size is 1" larger and family room windows height is smaller at least 2". I ordered 7 vinyl windows and cost me $8000 because I trusted their "Superior Service". If you want to use this contractor, think twice! What they are doing is just like Home Depot and Lowe's doing with big differences are poor custom service and no customer satisfaction guaranteed!

Window Nation installed a window which a few months later received a stress fracture. Since that window was replaced, winter 2021, it's been leaking. Every week we get the customer service run around. They do not stand behind their product and therefore I cannot recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed in both our window installation and the so-called customer service at window nation.
Many of our window's vinyl came damaged with fairly large gauges and scratches. For the exceptionally high cost of windows, I was under the impression that we would receive an undamaged product.
In addition to the terrible product presentation, I was also disappointed to see that the caulk appears to have been applied very hastily as it is uneven and unsightly. They somehow smeared caulk everywhere to include the screens, the window frames and drywall, and even on our exterior siding... yet they somehow missed several screws and it is only a matter of time until water accumulates beneath our window frame and rots it out.
I contacted their customer service team several times but have yet to hear back from them (it has been well over a month now). Save yourself the headache and go with anyone but this company!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Window Nation. The sales rep that came to the house was amazing, and is still the ONLY person who answers my phone call, treats me respectfully, and actually makes things happen. Every experience after with the installation, the customer service on the phone, returning phone calls, talking to me like they do not have time because I have problems with the install, etc.
Here's our experience (and this isn't even every single detail!!!!!)…..
We had a situation where our insurance was replacing the siding and we were working with a public adjuster to manage and schedule all the work. I asked Window Nation to schedule their install date with my public adjuster so that it could be done in conjunction with one another. They NEVER responded or attempted to call or called back my public adjuster (who called multiple times). When I got the phone call about a week before the install I was told that they were "not allowed" to speak to the public adjuster as I was the customer. At that point, the public adjuster said that they could install the siding after the windows, but that he would come out the day of the window install just to make sure they didn't caulk the new trim to the old siding (because it would be torn all up when they removed the old siding).
The day of the install, several problems occurred. While the install team was polite and professional, I firmly do not believe that they have been trained appropriately. We have an older house and talked with the sales person about needing to be on the lookout for wood rot. The install team just went ahead with installing over the wood rot and not until they were questioned did they go back and "try" to address it. The pictures I included are what the windows looked like after them "taking care" of the wood rot. Now, I know that it will be covered with the trim, but the rotten wood was NOT completely taken out and the pieces that were taken out were not filled with wood - the holes were caulked. My public adjuster inquired about how the trim was to be installed, as I stated above, but the manner in which they were trained to do the trim is NOT up to code! So, we told them to STOP working and not to do the trim. This caused some people from Window Nation to show up and call (Steve, who was the "boss" of the install team, and a gentleman name Mark who I wish I would've written down his last name and job so that I could get in touch with him, he was wonderful - listened and he even felt like we had very valid concerns with the install, and a phone call from a lady named Kori who had an attitude and refused to accept that the install wasn't up to code, treating us like we do not know what we are talking about). At this point, we just told Window Nation that we either wanted them to refund us for the amount that labor and materials would be or come back out when the siding was going to be done to finish the trim. They said they would take the second choice and come back out. When we brought up the wood rot situation, Steve told us to let the windows get put in so that there wouldn't be holes and the windows would be sealed up, but that when they came back out they would take the windows out and double check the wood rot (IT WAS HIS IDEA!)
Fast forward to March, I get a phone call from the lady Kori about scheduling them to come back out and she told me that I would be charged if they took the windows out and the install was correct. I told her that I didn't think that was fair being that it was Steve who said to do it that way in the first place - I would have had them do it the original install day if it were up to me!!! Due to the pandemic that was just starting, we agreed to put the install on hold until things were more calm. Fast forward to May, I call Kori to say that I think we are okay to move forward, she tells me that she is taking my account off hold and I should hear from someone in no more than 3 days, that she would send an email. Well, I waited a week - didn't get a call so I called Kori back and had to leave a message. I pushed back the siding install, ONCE AGAIN, because I couldn't get in touch with Window Nation. I wait another week and call Kori back, she does answer, but this time gives me a phone number to call to schedule (aren't they supposed to be calling me????). I call that number only to be told that the lady I need to talk to is on her lunch break, they do not know when she will be off her lunch break, and that Kori never contacted her in the first place. They had an attitude and talked to me in a rude manner also. So...here I am, waiting for some lady, who I guess, takes 2 hour lunch breaks to call me and I still have no install date set in stone...
