Window Universe

I recently had 4 windows installed. They're very nice and I had no problems in going through the process. I had received at least 3 quotes from other companies before I made a final decision. I liked WU's sales tactic (no/low pressure), their pricing structure (flat pricing, regardless of window size), and the value (they had a fair price for a very decent window – not top of the line, not a Home Depot special). They're also willing to replace your windows in phases if you're doing a whole house kind of thing. The whole job for me will be about 22 windows. I did 4 that were in the worst condition first. The next will be 9 next spring, then the final 9 in the fall if I can swing it. All in all, I was very satisfied.

From the sales rep to the installers, Window Universe was very professional. The sales rep was knowledgeable, detailed and very easy-going. I appreciated that he did not present with a pushy sales-pitch. The process thereafter played out exactly how the sales rep said it would. I received a call for a rep to come out and measure, then my windows were ordered, upon receipt, I was called to set up an install appointment. The installers worked on time, worked very hard and completed a very large job in just one day. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Windows Universe.
