•Remove existing rope and install new copper chain.
•Remove any existing weather-stripping and install new “spring bronze” weather-stripping on the window casing.
•Replace the existing parting beads with new ‘Spanish cedar” parting beads.
•Re-install sashes and align the side stops.
•Replace window locks.
•Replace broken plate glass.

•Strip the interior and exterior (remove all paint and glazing)
•Repair lock bites, loose and rotted joint, nail holes.
•Sand surfaces to prep for painting.
•Re glaze windows.
•Paint both the interior and exterior using 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish paint
•Clean interior and exterior glass.
