My husband & I were in dire need of replacing all of our windows, deck door and balcony door in our 2 level condo in Chicago. The original windows were original to the building that was built in 1996-so weather, time and age rotted them out. We originally ordered the windows before Covid then had to wait till things were back up to speed and it was well worth the wait. As a homeowner, I never appreciated the science and work that went into new windows and doors. Our very patient salesman Phil Mariotti who came out twice-(before Covid & after Covid) was very helpful. Office staff was amazing to guide us through the entire project. Many thanks also goes to Chris Wesseler, Ashley, Debbie, Sharon and Seth-(Service support, Installation Coordinator, for a flawless coordination especially since a lift was involved. Our installers-(Jeff Baker and Brian Bobowski) were amazing with their supporting staff. Our custom windows are made in USA which also is a huge draw for us. Each window comes with its own etched identification too. After all the hard work-(approximately 2+ weeks) our home is a work of art, completely transformed and we love it! I am very impressed and happy with the installation of a ProVia front door/storm door combination and the Andersen sliding patio door. The products are solid and so far seem to have resolved a draft issue with the original installation doors. Our installers were awesome. It was nice to hear the conversations between them while they were working. An excellent exchange of ideas and team work. I originally considered hiring a local handyman contractor to do the installation. Nothing against him but I’m very happy I chose Woodland to handle the project. Woodland replaced all of the windows on our original home. That was around 25 years ago. Still great quality.

The installation crews did an excellent job of installing the new windows. I am very happy with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. Woodland Windows installed a 10 by 10 window 12 feet above the first floor of my house. I thought it would be a difficult job, but Woodland made it look easy with scaffolding and a perfect fit into the opening. They took great care with padding to protect my new door, flooring and walls. They also stained the new window to match my existing woodwork and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. Great job Woodland.
