DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Horrible service and even worst material! I was promised blinds in 30 days. They arrived in 60. From day 1 some of the blinds were malfunctioning. After waiting for weeks upon weeks a representative came and agreed that they were malfunctioning but also commented that its a common issue with the blinds. More blinds malfunctioned in the following weeks and the company was very unresponsive. More than half of the items ordered do not work and the company will not take back defective items. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Don’t use this company in Longmont Colorado. They have really eager sales people & then after your install they never return a call or text, and the 800 # doesn’t even have people around on the weekends & they don’t return calls either. We have blinds that won’t go up all the way or at all, holes in the fabric of black outs and a door that had to be remade 3X. Don’t waste your time or $$

The worst. Do not use. It is now more than 30 days since placing our order. We knew what we wanted, (4 simple roller shades with valance) and had a great experience with the salesperson, (Ann Lewis) and here we sit.
6 Days later, after clearing the room and moving furniture, the installer (Remark), said the blinds and the order were defective and couldn't be installed. That was a month ago. Our room is still disrupted, they've charged our credit card in full (over $2,000.00) and I've been on hold numerous times and they've never been able to give an eta or an update on when the complete installation will be done. On one occasion they offered to do a partial install but since the first installer complained about having to wear a mask, I want the installation done once to reduce risk and so we can put the furniture back in place. Online, in their own system they say the installation is done.
This company offers lip service only and does not even try to resolve issues. I am disputing the credit card charge now but this has been an expensive and frustrating experience.
NOT ONCE has the company CONTACTED US with an update, an apology or an explanation of when we can expect delivery.

This company is a big mess. They initially misrepresented the functionality of a product they sold me, have insisted upon multiple visits to my home for the same measurement, and are disorganized in ordering the parts needed for my project. I have been trying for three months to get my order settled. I am now trying to get a refund which they refuse to issue. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to work with.

I had an awful experience with 3 day blinds and I would never recommend them. I wanted to share my experience so that maybe someone else won’t have to experience what I did. We wanted motorized shades that would connect with our smart home. We told the sales rep exactly what we wanted, we spent 4 hours with her and paid over $7,000 for the shades. We were told that the motor will go bad in about 5-7 years and when it does you can just buy another motor for $150. At the time I was 7 and 1/2 months pregnant so we were trying to get the shades completed before the baby. Well it took over a month for them to be made and we finally got them installed a week before I delivered. One of the motors was faulty, so their customer service said they needed to order a new shade. That was when we realized that the motors are actually not able to be replaced and that you have to buy complete new shades. We were 100% lied to by the sales rep. So in 5-7 years we are expected to have to pay another 7,000 to replace the entire shade. Their customer service is absolutely awful, we have been working with Jay Reyes. They told us that they are coming out with new motors that can actually just be replaced without buying new shades. 3 day blinds is definitely behind in this arena. Not to mention, their blinds don’t actually work with our smart house (another lie). Long story short after a VERY long time of fighting them they have agreed to refund the shades and come back and remove them from my home. What we are left with are holes in the walls that we have to repair and a LOT of wasted time with this company. And with a newborn, there is not a lot of extra time to be dealing with this issue. This company may do other window treatments that are great... but if you are looking for motorized shades, there are a lot of better options.

You sold my wife blinds. You took measurements and set up the order. We had a few questions of Justin while we waited but Justin was done with this sale and never responded. To date, after getting paid, Justin has been a ghost.
Order was wrong and also missing parts. After repeated efforts to find out why parts weren't delivered. After countless waits on phones and getting the runaround. Instead of enjoying her blinds after the long delivery wait my wife has had nothing but stress and aggravation. As sad as it is to say, 3 Day Blinds is lying. Now in the mix is a Jim Gladd who has done nothing to resolve the issues and only adds more frustration for my wife.
Conclusion? If you want customer service from a reputable company with sales people who don't disappear, go anywhere EXCEPT 3 Day Blinds.

Purchased living room and bedroom roller shades. After 3 weeks I was told bedroom shades were discontinued. I asked for a refund for those shades. Did not receive the correct amount refunded ($125) less than I paid, did not refund installation or sales tax either. I allowed the living room roller shades to be installed. They were not what i ordered, as they have a 2.5 inch gap in between shades. My consultant had quick working for 3 day blinds, so i started over with a new consultant. This consultant has since quit working for 3 day blinds so i have asked for a refund and they can take the shades back, as 1 is tearing and 1 valance is damaged since install. I have 3 contacts at 3 day blinds and no one will answer my emails and when I call I wait for over 20 minutes on hold and then the call is dropped. Very frustrated that I spent so much money and time and this is what I get.

Surprised they have this link on their webpage!
Had a consultant come to our home. She was friendly and appeared to have knowledge of the product. She gave an initial estimated quote because the 3 windows were too high for her to do an exact measure. Quoted on 3 different styles of blinds. I told her the most expensive option was out....way too much $. The other 2 options, I wanted to see a breakdown and maybe would consider going with the more expensive option on only 2 windows instead of the full 3. I was told she would e-mail me later that night with the options. I did receive an e-mail but only on the 2 most expensive ones and for all 3 windows.
I e-mailed her back and left a VM requesting the quotes on the lower priced option and for only 2 windows as well as the 3. I said this was most likely what we would go with. 1 week later, no return call, no return e-mail and even after completing the company survey.....no response from the company. I guess my cheap order wasn't worth wasting their time with. Went with another company, lower priced, great service!

We had honeycomb blinds installed in our master as part of a larger project three years ago. Two weeks ago, one of the pull cords snapped, leaving the blinds useless. My two options for repair were to remove the blinds myself, box them up and ship them back to the company (What? No.) or to pay $85 for a technician to come out. We chose the latter and are still waiting to have them serviced. Honestly, how long does it take to send a piece of cord to the tech? Do yourself a favor and go with Hunter Douglas instead.

Do not buy from 3 Day Blinds. Sales representatives will lie about ability to install in guaranteed time frame, installers do not return phone calls after multiple messages and corporate is unwilling to help and/or will tell you they will do something when they do not. 3 Day Blinds is a completely misleading name for a company.
