Eric (sales) was courteous, informative, accurate in estimating the order-to-install interval, and diligent to keep in touch with us throughout the process. Ben (installation) was punctual, courteous, and professional, and he left our home as clean as he found it. The shutters look great, and we highly recommend Acadia.

We had an amazing experience working with Ben and John on our window treatments in our new home. Ben really took the time to educate me about the options, and his professional and friendly service was much appreciated. Both Ben and John were responsive, helpful, courteous an punctual. And the shutters an blinds look amazing. If you are on the fence about whether to get a quote from Acadia, let me tell you this: I had two companies submit estimates. For the EXACT SAME PRODUCT, Acadia's price was $9000 less. Yes, you read that correctly, $9000 less. So glad we went with Ben and John at Acadia - we couldn't be happier.

I was extremely pleased by the quality of the products and the attention to detail that Eric Peace provided. I ordered plantation shutters and roll up blinds and they look great!! Also, I shopped around and got quotes from two other companies. Arcadia Shutters had the best prices by far! I would absolutely use them again!

We are happy with the shutters newly installed by Acadia. Eric is our sales consultant and provided initial quote for my project. He has been very helpful in walking us through the various selections and easy to work with. My project did not start until a year later due to my other priorities but Eric is still very responsive to my request to move forward and did measurement one more time to ensure no changes in between. The installation is smooth. Now I am planning for my phase 2 to add additional shutters for the rest of my home.

I had a wonderful experience with Acadia Shutters from start to finish. Ben took his time walking me through options and even recommendations based on my feedback what may work best for my home and budget. He mentioned it would take 6 weeks and install shortly after which they were right on schedule. John came out and installed all of the shades that were purchased (24) and he was very professional and very kind. Amazing overall experience. Attached are some examples of my shades.
