Very helpful and easy to work with. I had lots of questions along with a problem. They were very courteous and professional and tried very hard to help with the issue. Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't agree, but it wasn't for lack of trying on the part of Ace of Shades. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I was a bit worried about buying window treatments online, having never done it before. I was very careful about taking measurements, using Ace of Shades recommendations on how to do so. I bought a total of 7 shades, in 2 major size differences. and even within 1 size for my 3 front windows, there were a couple of inches differences. Online, I had made a designation of which window went with each shade (left front, middle front, etc.). They came in a couple of weeks, all marked really well, so I had no problem fitting them with the correct window. There was absolutely no problem in fit or in installation. And they are really beautiful sheer shades.

I have been working with Ace of Shades for almost a year now. They are extended helpful when measuring the window correctly and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Birgit was great to work with helping with my window treatment purchase. I ordered a drape in a color to match other colors I had in my home which turned out to be not exactly a good match when they arrived. Birgit worked with the manufacturer and was able to get my order done over in the correct shade of color with a minimal "oops" charge. I would definitely do business with them again.
