We are a family owned and operated decorating center since 1923. We offer a large selection of in stock wallpaper, an extensive collection of wallpaper sample books, and Coronado paints by Benjamin Moore.
We offer all products by HunterDouglas, the undisputed industry leader in innovative products and quality. Besides hard window treatments, we also do draperies, bedding, and more from our huge library of fabric sample books. We design, measure, and install all of the window treatments we sell with our own staff.
We also can provide design services for kitchens, baths, and other rooms. We offer services such as design and also project management with our team of contractors and licensed trades people. Leah can assist you with flooring, new furniture, lighting and flooring.

This will be my third order of the same wall paper. Each time Kenny has reached out during the order process to make sure I have what I need, to make helpful suggestions (ex proper measurements) and to make sure the process goes smoothly. He is terrific! The orders have always been shipped before expected time frame and the wallpaper is beautiful, well made and well packaged. Hard to have personal assistance with internet companies, but Kenny has remembered me with each order, even though they are small orders. Will always start here for future home decorating needs. My upholstered cornices in my kitchen and family room add warmth and color to my room. Leah Hersh helped me choose fabric that defined my very large windows that overlook Narragansett Bay. She suggested that the fabric would look outstanding “railroaded” which meant using the fine stripe vertically vs horizontally. She was so right and I’m so happy that I followed her advice. Everyone who sees my six cornices comments on how great my room looks now. I can attest to great taste and execution- Leah heard what I like and she helped me achieve my goal in this room. She is wonderful to work with!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT PROVIDE RETURNS. I ordered nearly $100 of samples off of houzz.com and they will not let me return them. Sure at the very end in tiny print it says no refunds on samples BUT first their are tons of bogus paragraphs about excellent service, 100% satisfaction, completely refundable blah blah blah and then they completely reverse themselves. I was scammed!

Be careful when you buy your items. Make sure you read the description carefully. If you have any problems whatsoever with your order Kenny will just argue with you for days. Their product description was wrong and I pointed it out but they still continued to argue with me about it.

I cannot thank Leah and American Wallpaper enough for the beautiful results on the recent installation of Hunter Douglas blinds in my family room. The new blinds changed the whole design of this room and I totally love it. After having verticals for twenty years, Leah's recommendation for style and color was right on target.
