Anchor Blinds did an excellent job replacing all of my blinds. I had researched in advance the type of blinds I wanted, and the in home consultation was low pressure and straightforward. Even in the time of Covid things went very well. the installation was seamless and safe, both installers wore masks, gloves and shoe coverings and were very attentive to keeping a safe distance during the install. I would use them again and highly recommend!

My experience in acquiring Hunter Douglas blackout honeycomb shades from Anchor Blinds was exceptional. The front office assistance from Lucy, the consultant visit by Armi and the installation by Wyman were all friendly, informative, professional and efficient.
The actual process, from my initial request for a home visit through installation took a little over three weeks.
In addition, following a few weeks of use, it was apparent I needed longer wands to operate the shade mechanism. My request was addressed without delay and I was able to install the new wands in less than a week.
Anchor Blinds provides seamless, reliable and trustworthy service. They have in me a lifetime, loyal customer who will serve as an evangelist for their business.

Used Anchor twice, once for main floor and again after upstairs remodel was done. The "in-house shopping" process is very convenient especially when it comes to getting colors right, Armi had great advice and knowledge of all the different products, and their installer did a great job. Nice to have the process handled from start to finish.

Armi and Wyman provided excellent service. First, Armi helped us choose the perfect blinds for our windows. There was never any pressure or the hint of an upsell- just the right blinds and features we needed. Wyman completed the installation with efficiency and precision. He provided a thorough lesson on lifting / lowering the blinds and was available to talk us through adjusting the height of the rail a week later.

We had a great e patience with Armi at Anchor Blinds and with Anchor Blinds in general. Armi was super helpful as a Blinds design consultant; she listened really well to our ideas and then presented really appropriate and on target suggestions from which to select and then helped us a lot with the final choice. Installation was very timely on the heels of the Blinds manufacture and when there was a very small mechanical problem they came back immediately and fixed it. They’re great!
