please refrain from using Artec Blinds. I spent 3 and a half thousand dollars on a project to install shades and found them on the floor. when I asked the owner to have someone assess the situation to rectify it he gave me every excuse, blamed me, and hung up the phone. Please do not spend your hard earned money on this company that lacks professionalism and service. stay away!
