Working with Asheville Shutters and Blinds to install roller shades in our newly constructed home was a pleasure from start to finish. Danny, the owner, came to the house for the first appointment to measure the windows and to help us decide what we needed for each room. He was punctual, friendly, and professional, and we had no doubt from that first meeting that we were in good hands. He took into account our budget and gave us great recommendations on which windows needed which type of shades, as well as materials (he had swatches on hand) and colors. Keven was the installation guy. He too was punctual and professional, and did a fantastic job. He worked so hard and was painstaking in getting everything set up correctly. He also showed us exactly how each shade works, and delivered clear and complete answers to every question we had. There was a glitch with part of our order but Danny took care of it immediately. Keven then came back out a second time to make it right. Our new Norman shades, a mix of solar, light-blocking, and blackout, with wand and remote controls, look beautiful and serve exactly the functions we'd hoped for. We are thrilled with the results.

Danny installed shutters in two large windows for us. His prices and service are second to none! They are punctual nice and professional. We love our shutters.

I have some roman shades that I love, but the cords had become tangled and some of them were disconnected to the actual shade. Danny provided quick and extremely courteous service. And, excellent value! You should call Danny for your needs - you'll be thrilled you did!
