If you want frustration, lack of communication, terrible installation, and zero accountability from ownership look no further because you've found your spot! In my life, I've never had a more frustrating, terrible customer experience worse than what I've endured with Atlanta Discount Blinds. I've never, ever, in my life written a review like this but I've also never, ever been treated so terribly as a customer. I've expressed my frustration with the service and installation for 7 months and haven't so much as received a call back from the owner. If you choose to do business with Dave & his company, lower your expectations and then lower them even further...then maybe you won't come away disappointed. It's the LAST time I'll choose a contractor based on the price. You get what you pay for and all I've gotten from Dave are empty promises and terrible work. I was moving from Newnan to Decatur and had driven to my house in Decatur to meet with Dave to measure my windows. After arriving at my house, I received this text, "I'm not going to be able to make it up. Can you reschedule? I've got way too much stuff to do for Christmas. I haven't even started my shopping for my family. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but is there any way I can reschedule?" I was not able to reschedule and he did end up coming, although he was late. I was counting on having temporary shades put up before moving into a house with no window coverings since the website advertises this is provided at no charge. When I asked about this, he said he didn't have any with him and asked if I could wait around while he went to Home Depot. I did not have time to wait and he said he would pick some up and drop them off sometime that week. Instead of dropping off the shades as promised, I received a message on my moving day stating that I would have to pick up the shades myself and he would give me a credit. In addition to the inconvenience, the credit he initially wanted to give me was less than the actual cost of the shades. When my blinds and accordion shade finally came in and were scheduled for installation, one of them was the incorrect size and I had to wait a couple more months for that to come in and be installed. I am satisfied with all the blinds, but the shade gets caught every time I close it and it's uneven at the top. I was told that it would even out after opening/closing it about 10 times. I hasn't. He did say he would come back out if it didn't even out, but at this point, it's just more trouble than it's worth. Overall, the blinds are satisfactory, but it was a very inconvenient experience with little regard for customer service.

Buying a new house is stressful, and having to cover 20 windows is even more stressful. Dave worked with me to find an affordable solution and the results are beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

After the experience I had with Atlanta Discount Blinds, I'm wondering why I didn't upgrade my blinds sooner! Dave with Atlanta Discount Blinds came out to my house, showed me all my options and colors, and took all the measurements. Install was timely and effortless. I think this company is professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and efficient. Oh, and the customer service after the install is top notch!

Professional people and blinds are very nice. Prompt for estimate and for installation. Installed blinds in master bedroom and bath. Will be contacting them again for more blinds in the near future.
