We ordered motorized Hunter Douglas Roller Shades through Blinds and Designs for our clerestory windows, and they installed wonderful products. The service I received was personalized and seamlessly, we are very happy with their professionalism. Their installers are fantastic!!

I will give an extra star because the blinds themselves (at least the ones that have been installed) seem nice and they are friendly, but this has to be the worst ran company I have ever dealt with. There is a total lack of communication between anyone in the company. We have had nothing but problems trying to get the blinds correctly installed. There has been a constant stream of parts that they forgot to order, ordering the wrong parts, agreeing to install something a certain way and then when the installers come they were never told and don't have the needed parts or equipment. We ordered our blinds in early November and still (June) don't have everything installed. I realize COVID put a delay on everything but we are talking about a 1,000 sq ft condo not a huge house. I think people came out for measurements 2 or 3 times and the installers have been out three times (each time requiring us to take time off of work) and by their own admission things are still continually incorrect. They are friendly, but it is just total incompetence. When the installer and design both comment that what they just installed looks bad, you know you have issues. Hopefully things will be corrected and I can update the review.

Great customer service and high quality products! David provided a consultation session for me to decide on the size and color of the Hunter Douglas shades. They rushed my order for me and the installation process was very smooth. Coordination was easy and David and Susan were very responsive to my questions. I'm very happy with how the shades turned out!

Great customer service from Blinds & Designs for two of our large skylights with Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades they installed 7 years ago. One of the shades split one month out of warranty, and they replaced both shades at no cost to us, as the frame had changed and they wanted them to match - all done within a few weeks of our call to them. They have been great responding to minor repair calls over the years for both the honeycomb shades and the beautiful wooden shades they installed in our master bedroom. First rate company in our book!

Blinds & Designs has completed two projects for us using home automation with solar shades and custom drapery. Very informational people and good customer service. We will use them again in the future.

I was looking for woven wood blinds for my home and Blinds&Designs offered me a variety of selections at different price points - from Hunter Douglas to Conrad shades. The blinds I selected are beautiful and were installed quickly without any problems. Blinds&Designs were professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them when we are ready to replace the drapery in the living and dining rooms.

I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.
