2nd full house installation of beautiful plantation shutters for us. First was almost 10 years ago on beach side home. Last week on May 11, had new home which we just moved into a few weeks ago in Ormond Beach done. More than pleased with both experiences. From Eddie, sales rep, Drew, installer and his crew of Sam & Darren, all were wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Would highly recommend for any blind, shutter, etc needs. I didn't even have to vacuum up after them & they removed the old window treatments! My neighbors have asked who did them & I've given them your contact info. Top notch service, support and product! I purchased about $700 in blinds for my home and did the installation myself. Jason took the time to walk me through tips for installation which made me feel like I was his most important client. It was refreshing. I highly recommend Jason's company to individual homeowners as well as businesses.

Called Jason about a repair. I needed a couple of clips. Sent Jason a picture of the parts I needed. He mailed me the parts at no charge. Saved me a service call fee. Will use Jason in future if needed. Not many companies will help you out with no charge.

When we bought our Florida home in 2010 and began decorating it we realized we needed a professional window treatment company's help as we had so many different needs. We search online, went through local print material, asked friends & neighbors, etc. After a lot of research we found and hired Blinds by Jason and we could not be happier with our decision. It is now October 2018 and in the past 6+ years we have had to call on JAson and his crew to do some repairs/replacements and each time they arrive on time, are extremely professional, are well trained and handle the job with confidence and are just GREAT people to work with. We just had an issue with two of our wooden plantation shuttters (two of the pivot points on the louvres had come off so those boards were not opening and closing properly). I called Jason on Friday afternoon and on Monday late morning Jason's crew once again arrived on schedule, were professionally dressed, polite, put on their safety footwear (so as to ot dirty or damage the floors) and within minutes has the two shutters fixed and were out the door. I cannot recommend any other company for any type of window treatment work in the East Central Florida area. If you are in the market for window treatments, do yourself a favor and give Blinds by Jason a call. You will not be sorry that you did!!!

I was very surprised when Jason advised me NOT to install plantation shutters on the kitchen window overlooking the lanai. It was his professional opinion to leave the solar shades in tact and not block the view. Thank you for your honesty, Jason!

Jason and his team have given me a home. Moving in to your first home can be a challenge. And trust me I had a few. But Jason was and his team allowed me to relax and enjoy the process. They handle my home with such care boots on at all times check list before and after. Full break down of the process. It was amazing. Before the shutters it just didn’t feel like home. We placed our order for vertical blinds the Week before Thanksgiving and they were installed the day before Thanksgiving! I was totally against verticals but Jason explained to me why they would be a better option and they do look beautiful! Jason was very knowledgeable and so were Sam and Matt who did the installation. If we’re ever in the market for blinds again, Blinds by Jason is who we will call!

Very happy with the work by Jason and his staff. Plantation shutters in 5 rooms and a large roller shade on the slider. Jason brought full sized samples so I could really get an idea of how the shutters would look. In addition, he made recommendation as to the size and configuration of blinds for each room. They look great! Had a minor problem with a roller shade, but Jason stood by his work/product and fixed it right away at no cost. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

Jason was a pleasure to do business with from the day he came to look at the job. He had great suggestions for 2 Pella windows and living out of state he worked with me for installation dates. We recently moved and decided to relocate our expensive solar roll down shades with us. Jason's teams triple checked my measurements, used professional skills and tools to insure the "new" shade would fit perfectly in the new home. I had this business install white, real-wood plantation shutters on my huge picture window & triple sliding glass doors in my living/dining room which, for a long time, I have been wanting/looking for. I could not be more pleased nor give a higher recommendation regarding the result or this company. Jason & his crew were professional, knowledgeable, & very customer-service oriented. They came when they were scheduled, installed quickly, & when I a had a slight issue w/ one of the panels later, they rectified it to my complete satisfaction immediately & w/out hesitation - & in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, no less. This treatment is not inexpensive but totally worth it to me - they are beautiful & I am extraordinarily happy w/ the end result! Photos are included - sorry they aren't better quality. I'm reviewing his timeliness and product knowledge Jason came by..."on time" with samples and explanations of his samples. He looked at the room and immediately made great design suggestions. He took measurements suggested best ways to mount them ( I have a challenging door) He is professional personable and knows his product. I ordered the shutters. Can't wait for them to arrive. I contacted Jason for blind repair. I was expecting to be told my blinds could not be fixed and then pressured to buy blinds. None of this happened! Jason was prompt, honest, and professional (he even wore booties so not to track dirt into my home). Jason was able to get my blinds in working order again (even though one of the blinds is on it's last leg) and even shared hints as to how to better care for the blinds. When it does comes time to replace my blinds I will contact Jason.

I GOT A COUPON FOR THIS BUSINESS IN THE MAIL. I HAD NEVER HEARD OR USED THEM BEFORE. I HAD RECEIVED COUPONS FROM THEM BEFORE IN THE MAIL, BUT WAS AFRAID TO USE THEM. I WAS SO PLEASE FROM THE TIME THEY CAME TO TAKE MY MEASUREMENT UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. WHICH OLNY TOOK THEM ONE WEEK. I WAS VERY PLEASE. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL, AND I HAD A COUPLE OF OLDBLINDS THAT I WANTED TO KEEP AND THEY FIX THOSE FORME, UNTIL THEY LOOK BRAND NEW. THEY HAD TWOGENTLEMEN THAT INSTALLED THEM (COURTINE AND NATHAN). I HAVE TO MENTION THEM BECAUSE THEY TRULY DID A FANTASTICE JOB, AND THEY REALLY DID WORK WITH ME, TO REPAIR THE ONES THAT WERE OLDER THAT I WANTED TO KEEP. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Jason gets an A+ in my book. I have recommended him to many people. He comes when he says he will come, he even tells you the date and time of when your shutters will be installed (and he delivers on that). The shutters fit perfectly and look great. Last Christmas I had a decoration fall against mine and make some scratches. I called to see if I could get some paint to touch them up. Due to his warranty, he just brought out me a couple new ones and they looks fine. I highly recommend.

Jason came to my home twice, first for a free estimate, and the second to give me a visual of how much room the blinds I wanted would take up. He is very busy, so the blinds weren't installed the next day. He custom builds the blinds you want. I wanted plantation shutters for two large winows and two sliding glass doors. The two men that installed my shutters were fast and thorough, wiping down the shutters and explaining details to us. They were also very personable. I love, love, love the shutters. They made my home look like a different place, maybe on an island. The wait was worth it; I would highly recommend Jason to build and install plantation shutters.

DavidJason and his company provided excellent service for our old vertical blinds, replacing what needed to be and fixing what they could at a price that I thought was reasonable. This project was a couple of years ago, and then when we returned and found that some of the blinds had been damaged, we called him back, and he made time to come and repair the damaged blinds again, again at a price that was fair and reasonable. I have no problem recommending Jason and his company to anyone now or in the future.

Aug. 26 I had Jason's company install vertical blinds on 9 Patio sliding doors. The 3 man crew worked very quickly and were done in less than 1 1/2. hours. They picked up after themselves at they went along and left no mess. Each man had their own job to do and went about it in sync. The verticals work perfect as intended and give the rooms a new bright look. The cost of the project was quite reasonable and I would lnot hesitate to hire them again.
