BUDGET BLINDS - Annapolis

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! We have had ongoing issues with our installed plantation shutters and a few other issues since October 2018. Patrick Ullrich has been unresponsive and has not corrected the issues. We currently have a pending case with the BBB, and Patrick has been unresponsive with the BBB as well. DO NOT PURCHASE from Budget Blinds of Annapolis!

We were very pleased with our experience with, and the professionalism of, the Annapolis location of Budget Blinds. Patrick came out quickly to measure, he said it would be six weeks and it was, and Kevin's install was perfect. Would certainly recommend this store and will come back for any future plantation shutters. Very pleased.

Top notch job on our window shutters from Budget Blinds! Patrick was very helpful in finding the right product for the windows in our new waterfront home. We went with the 4 1/2 inch shutters in every window in the house, and they look spectacular! Professional installation of these beautiful shutters was perfect. Planning to return to Budget Blinds for custom curtains....great outfit!

I contacted Budget Blinds after seeing a commercial on TV; I had never heard of Budget Blinds before. I was able to make an immediate appointment for a consultation. Patrick, the Owner, actually came out personally to speak with me. He brought a wide variety of samples, an almost overwhelming number. But after listening to me as to what I envisioned, Patrick quickly whittled down the number of samples to show me based on my vision. I was able to choose my blinds, have Patrick measure my windows and present me with an estimate all within about a half an hour. Once I decided to hire Budget Blinds, my shades were custom cut and installed in about two weeks. The installation was flawless, and even though I had 12 large windows in my sunroom, the professional installation took less than 45 minutes. Dealing with Budget Blinds was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend that you call them.

Recently had plantation shutters installed in my living and dining rooms. The measurements were expertly taken so that the installation was flawless. The materials are very high quality and beautifully manufactured. They upgrade the rooms and add significantly to the value of my home.

Everything is PERFECT! Patrick's advise was spot on! Everything that he suggested was just right. I was all over the place at first not knowing whether I wanted drapes, shutters, Roman shades or what, but the plantation shutters with the colors and the size that Patrick suggested have worked out PERFECTLY!!!! I couldn't be happier with the final product. My new home looks wonderful. The shutters provide the perfect amount of lighting and the right amount of privacy I needed so that I no longer feel like I'm living in a fishbowl when I'm working in my kitchen.
