Service was professional and efficient. They have done numerous jobs for me over the last few years and can say they have exceptional service. Also the best customer service after the job is complete. I have a problem with a blind and there was a replacement ordered immediately and installed at no charge. From the second i sent in the request for a quote I was treated well. They scheduled the appointment for a time that would work for me. Once the order was in they came in a timely manner to install the blinds. We were very happy with the knowledge of the representatives that came into our home. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us several options.

Excellent Service Excellent product Excellent Price Clint always arrived when he said he was going to and always followed up with everything. The blinds look perfect and no issues what so every. I used my old blinds (also from Budget) and moved them to the basement as I wanted a new colour and they did that no problem. The quality is excellent and the blinds have survived 2 small boys for years. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very impressed.

The consultant that came to my house to help me with my order was fantastic. She asked me a bunch of questions and made some great recommendations based on what I was looking for. She presented the information and was easy to work with. She helped me come up with a plan for most of the windows in our house. When the gentleman showed up to install the blinds, he worked VERY efficiently and was quite amiable. He cleaned up after himself (even when I asked if I could take the garbage from the wrappings!). I had a great experience with Budget Blinds and am glad that we were able to use them! We're really happy with the products too - we've been using them now for 7 months and they've been great.

I laws very happy with budget blinds.i had patio doors but didn't t want the regular off the rack verticals.I explained my vision to my consultant and they came through wth my vision. 1year later I did the same with my bay window ,again Budget made it happen.I was completely satisfied from beginning to end .including installation. We had budget blinds come into our new home to give us an estimate on what it would cost to put blinds on all our windows. He was very professional. Had a lot of samples and made suggestions for each room. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to up sell us on anything. When he came to put the blinds up again he was very professional and curtious of our home. Everything was installed beatifully. When he was done he took us through the house to make sure we knew how every set worked as we had many different styles of blinds. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to everyone.
