Budget Blinds of Bloomingdale

This company is a complete scam. When we close the blinds some of the fins remain open. Budget Blinds said they would reorder new blinds for us. We never received the replacement blinds. No response back from them.

I have purchased blinds from Budget Blinds for every window in my home. Lisa provides excellent service and scheduled our consultation within one week and her installer Tony came to install everything approximately 3 weeks later. We did our home in phases and Lisa provided excellent service each time.

This is the company to hire if you need new blinds. Lisa and her team are very professional, did a great job. Lisa even did a follow phone call after to make sure that everything went well.

I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds for window treatments. Lisa came out to do an estimate with no pressure to sign a contract that day. She provided excellent advice and recommended a Sliding Door treatment that everyone has loved. I actually got a couple of other estimates from Costco and Eddie Z's and by far Budget Blinds was the best overall value. The installer that came to install the blinds was very friendly and extremely efficient. I worked from home that day and didn't even realize he was there until he came by to walk me through the install and ensure all the blinds worked well. I have recommended Lisa to all my family and friends, and with her low pressure approach asking her to stop by for an estimate is a very great experience.

Had a great free consultation. Lisa was very informative and showed me lots of options, spent a good amount of time giving me my options. Manager Tricia called and followed up the consultation and multiple times after that. The installer was also very friendly. The blinds are wonderful, really changed the look of the room and very functional. My only complaint is that the boxes were left behind, by my front door. Even though your forms state the boxes don't get taken, it was inconvenient and I have never had any other company that installs anything that comes in a box leave the boxes behind, they always take them. Overall I would hire again.

Lisa was extremely professional and provided excellent advise to the type of treatment that worked best for our new house. We have enormous windows but have a beautiful night sky that we can still view. I have ordered from Lisa twice now and have not been disappointed in the professionalism her team brings.

Summer 2016 - We found Lisa’s name through the Houzz.com and decided to meet with her to talk about replacing our bedroom window. Our window is about twice the width of a standard window and we wanted a cellular blind that provided privacy during the day and complete darkness at night. After looking thru many options, we decide to go with Lisa’s recommended top down bottom up shade. We didn’t want to spend the money for the remote controlled window so we decided to stick with manual shade. Few days after the install, the top of the shade would not stay up creating about an 8” gap for light to filtering. I called Lisa and she called the manufacturer and promptly replaced the shade. This happened 3 times and every single time, Lisa did not hesitate, had the manufacturing company rep inspect the shades and had it replaced every time. 6 months later and after the 3rd replacement, the issue still persisted and this time Lisa proposed that she install a remote controlled shade which gave us what we wanted but a remote controlled shade at NO ADDIONAL COST TO US! So far, we have had no issues and even if we did, I know Lisa would help resolve the issue. Who does that any more these days!!! Service level we received from Lisa, Trisha and Mark far exceeded our expectations. It is so awesome to know that there are business owners out there who really care for their customer’s satisfaction. Thank you so much Lisa. You have got a thrilled customer who will come back to you every time a window treatment is needed!

This summer I had a new window installed in my kitchen and decided a shade would complete the window treatment. Lisa, from Budget Blinds was definitely the person to assist me with my decision. She was punctual, pleasant, and knowledgable. She found me a shade within my budget, ordered it, and it actually arrived before the projected time!

Once I made a decision, product arrived quickly as promised, and install was well done. Tony was very professional and did a nice job with the installation. I am very happy with the finished product.
